La villa, finemente arredata, presenta un ampio e lumino ambiente cucina/soggiorno,2 accoglienti camere da letto al primo piano,2 bagni,ampio living/studio con di divano letto matrimoniale al secondo piano e terrazzo panoramico che gode di incantevole vista sul mare. Tutte le stanze sono dotate di connessione internet, smart TV con Netflix. La villa si trova a 50 metri dalla spiaggia e a 2 km dal centro di Pizzo Calabro

A 4 km de Tropéa (élu plus beau village d'Italie en 2021), villa Lucia offre un panorama exceptionnel face au Stromboli dans une résidence de prestige de 65 villas avec plage de sable et piscine privées. Parasol+chaise longue inclus mi juin à mi septembre. Restauration, stationnement privé. Les propriétaires, Lucie (Canadienne) et Jean-François (Français) sont des Superhost Airbnb et ont hâte de vous faire partager leur Paradis. Séjours de 4 nuits minimum hors juillet et août, 1 semaine minimum.

Casa Lola, 12’ da Tropea, piscina uso esclusivo

Questo ampio spazio, unico nel suo genere, accoglie gruppi e famiglie, a 10 minuti in auto dal mare. Due casolari, stile rustico (uno dei due è un antico fienile ristrutturato), arredi curati. Ampio giardino, piscina esterna fuori terra di 7 metri (da fine Giugno a metà settembre). Giardino curato, con piante mediterranee, forno a legna, BBQ. Cucina super accessoriata: piano induzione, forno elettrico, planetaria, lavastoviglie, microonde. Solarium con vista e tramonto su Stromboli. Lavatrice.

A 20 dal mare, antica villa immersa in uno splendido parco, intero appartamento. Luminosissimo, arredato con cura e ogni comfort, stanze molto grandi e luminose, soffitti altissimi. Mare cristallino facilmente accessibile, panorami mozzafiato su Stromboli. Due matrimoniali, una doppia/matrim., due bagni, cucina, relax, sala pranzo, grande terrazza sul mare, aria condizionata. Casa indipendente costruita in pietra e legno con ampio giardino vivibile, situata in zona montana a soli 20 km dalla costa tirrenica e 30 km dalla costa ionica. La casa è a 2 km dal centro abitato dove sono presenti tutti i servizi essenziali, a 12 km si trova il centro commerciale "Due Mari". L'aereoporto di Lamezia Terme e la stazione centrale distano soli 20 km. Il luogo è adatto ad ospitare famiglie o comitive per soggiorni di relax immersi nel verde.

Rural retreat. Beautiful, new (2010), low energy house in Mediterranean style with amazing views of the sea and Stromboli located in a park with over 700 olive trees, pines and palm trees. The peace and beauty of nature are unmatched. There is always a cool breeze. 2km to beach and market. Huge living-room with amazing views on the sea and the sunset. Big rooms with views on the park and sea. Large covered terrace with sitting and dining areas. Need a car.
