The flat was refurbished this year to a high standard with ensuite double bedroom, hallway, kitchen lounge area and private entrance. New all electric controllable heating. Fridge, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle. TV, free wfii, safe, hairdryer, iron, towels and bedding. Outdoor seating area for guests. With its location & views it makes a great escape and is equipped for guests seeking a stylish getaway. Free on-road parking which isn't guarranteed directly outside the premises. As a listed property it’s quirks make it unable to store bikes/wheelchairs owing to fire regulation access.

We are walking distance from Mylor Bridge & Pandora Inn, close to Mylor Sailing Club, within 10 mins from the University Campus at Penryn and 15 mins from Falmouth. We don't accept pets in this apartment but we do in our other accommodation.

Carrick View Harbourside Apartment

Gorgeous airy Georgian apartment in a Grade II listed mansion overlooking the harbour in the heart of beautiful Falmouth. Everything is within easy walking distance, so you won't need your car: Events Square and hundreds of great restaurants and shops are all minutes away! One small note, there is a beer garden nearby, it's rare, but there can be noise. Normally only an issue if you're trying to sleep with the windows open.
