Located on the corner of Post & Marr streets; 2 blocks walking distance from Bullocks grocery store, shops, restaurants and the TorC Brewery on Broadway, it is perfectly located to explore TorC. This 1928 stucco 2 bedroom house has a kitchen with breakfast nook, basement laundry and a walled private backyard with 2 cowboy tubs (single & group). The mineral water comes out of the ground naturally at 102 degrees for your soaking pleasure .

There is fishing right off the deck. You can get dropped off up the river and tube down to the house, and there are steps on my river bank to help you get out of river. The house is Six minutes from the downtown Hot Springs area and six minutes to the elephant butte lake perfect location in between both.
