Would be the one of the greatest AirBNB ever for me. The scenery from the balcony was breath-taking. I have lots of impressive Fuji view every day I had stayed here. The rooms were spacious and functioned. The amenities had all we need (but please prepare your own seasonings and ingredients if you wish to cook). We are pack of 6 with 3 adults, 1 oldie, 2 small kids. They all are happy with this place. The kids loved the playground and enjoyed Dandelion flowers around the house. The oldie was happy with the accessible bathroom and the scenery. The adults were happy with the community and surroundings. The place was like in the photos. Easy to commute to everywhere. Near to the restaurants and convenient store. Near to Onsen Public Bath (Fuji Yurari Onsen, we went there everyday). The host was very helpful and responsive. They provided us very clear communication everytime we needed help or recommendation. This place really fulfills my trip. We would definitely recommend to everyone

The reception staff was incredibly kind and helpful. As-advertised, beautiful views of Mt. Fuji with a really neat waterfall trail nearby. Shuttle services that were easy to coordinate and delicious locally sourced food options. 10/10 would recommend!!

Our stay at this property was absolutely beautiful. The view of Mount Fuji from the kitchen window and the rooftop was absolutely incredible. It was a highlight of our holiday in Japan. The house was in pristine new condition and comfortably fit 3 couples in 3 separate bedrooms. The fact the property had 2 seperate bathrooms and 2 seperate showers was also perfect for a larger group travelling together. The communication with the host was very responsive and polite. It was an amazing stay and we will never forget the view from the rooftop! The stay would have been enhanced if the property provided coffee and tea cup, towel hooks in the bathroom, bedside lamps in the bedrooms and a few more kitchen amenities like pepper, soy sauce, washing up detergent and tea towels.

我们一家8口在这非常日式又创新的房子里度过了非常难忘的一天…一进入房子就被深深的吸引住了…我们到达的时间已经有点晚了…可是屋主还是非常热情的接待我们…还不忘提醒我们在来的路上要小心…因为当天山中湖下雪了…我们一家人的第一次下雪体验就是在这里体验了…真的被周围迷人的雪景给迷住了…虽然看不到富士山但是却得到了非常迷人的雪景…距离山中湖的个个网红打卡点都非常靠近…但是这一次的旅程我们没机会看到迷人的富士山…希望以后还能有机会再来一次这个房子…然后再欣赏富士山不一样的美景…我在这里非常非常的推荐大家入住这家温馨舒适民宿…there will be a next time only if there is regret..

We were a group of 9 people, there were four rooms enough to accommodate all of us. There were two WC and two shower rooms which was enough for us. The rooms were on the lower floor, the kitchen and dining were on the upper floor. The kitchen were well equipped which we could cooked our dinner. The check in time was 3pm, but when we arrived earlier around 11.30am, we were allow to check in. The host, Chiyoko was very quick to response to our enquiry. We could not used the washing machine and she got someone over to fix the problem within 15mins.

プライベートで素敵な空間に宿泊が出来ました。カトラリーやアメニティ類が充実しており、ほとんど手ぶらでも宿泊ができると思います。周りはとても静かな環境で、サウナやBBQを楽しむことができました。一点改善していただけるとしたら、女性用の水着も用意をお願いしたいです。男性のみとは記載がなかったので、その点だけが残念でした。チェックアウト後のタクシー手配はとても助かりました。

Can’t say enough about this Airbnb! Easily the best the stay I’ve ever had. The home beat all expectations and was very clean, modern and beautiful. The area was private and had amazing views of the country side. The place also came with amazing amenities, including bikes that we used to bike around the nearby lake and flower park. Also, Allen and Jerry provided the best service imaginable for us and was very helpful with requests and gave us an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone as no one should miss out on this experience!

I love every bit of David’s place. It is located in the peaceful neighbourhood of Joēi, which you can see Mt. Fuji on a clear day. The house is spacious and has everything I need to stay comfortably for a month. There are big supermarket and drug store within walking distance, and with the bike David provided, you can go to a large shopping mall and pretty much all living necessities within 15 min. David and his wife Naomi are extremely friendly and helpful. Recommended me good restaurants and also useful tips to get around. I enjoyed my stay here very much. I highly recommend this place to other travellers when you want to escape the crowd and experience Japanese rural lifestyle.

Thanks a lot for a wonderful stay! We were lucky enough to enjoy a wonderful view of Mount Fuji on both days through the living room window and slept really good on both, beds and futons. 👍 It was really nice that there were two bathrooms (one with a shower one without) available, definitely a plus for a larger group as ours. Communication through Airbnb was easy and really nice. Thanks to the team for making our stay so great and effortless.

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment wohl gefühlt! Der Check-in war super einfach und kayo hat uns sogar persönlich begrüßt und uns alles gezeigt. Zudem haben wir frische Früchte von dem Pop-up Store vor dem Haus bekommen. Wenn wir wieder nach Japan kommen, werden wir versuchen wieder in die Unterkunft von Kayo zu kommen ☺️

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was in perfect condition - everything looked brand new! Perfect location to the lake, local restaurants and coffee just a couple minute’s walk from the door. Parking was easy, beds were comfortable - no complaints at all! We would stay here again for a future trip!

Excellent stay. The detailed and informative guide book was very helpful. The place is very nice and quite spacious compared to other places we stayed in during our trip to Japan. Would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Mt.Fuji area!

I really loved my stay at Aya San’s! What a beautiful area. Every day I took a walk, biked the whole lake Kawaguchiko and toured the town. I even saw Mt. Fuji! You get a beautiful view of it from Aya San’s deck. It was absolutely phenomenal. We also went to Aokigahara forest and saw the wind and ice caves. The walk is easy with a clear and peaceful path. There is a Toy museum my friends went to while my partner and I biked all the way around the lake including a magical stop at Oishi Park, if you do take a ride around the lake I recommend stopping at the road side fruit stand and getting some delicious fruit and stopping at a winery if one is open :) they were closed for us but it was definitely on my list. I had the best time in Kawaguchiko and at Aya San’s place and I hope she will have me back in the future.

Maravilloso alojamiento, con muchísimo espacio y muy hermoso. Muy accesible, está justo a un lado de la calle Honcho, sin embargo es muy tranquilo y fácil de encontrar. La terraza es algo espectacular, si creen que la foto se ve impresionante, realmente no le hace justicia a lo que se ve en vivo, tuvimos suerte y nos tocó ver el Monte Fuji en su totalidad y se ve enorme, además la Pagoda Chureito también se alcanza a ver desde el otro extremo. Desafortunadamente solo nos quedamos una noche pero no nos queríamos ir. Definitivamente queremos volver.

Logement propre. Facile d'accès il n'y a pas d'ascenseur donc si vous avez une valise cela risque d'être compliqué mais malgré tout c'est un excellent logement. Le rapport qualité prix est respecté. Le logement correspond à la description. L'hôte est gentille, répond vite, amicale, attentionnée, rend service et il est agréable de discuter avec elle ! J'ai passé une semaine formidable dans ce logement et l'hôte est sûrement l'une des plus agréable et attentionnée que j'ai rencontré ! Je recommande fortement !
