Breville espresso machine, Wolf countertop oven, Bosch fridge. Samsung washer dryer. High Fenced in private patio.

Amazing view of the Catalina mountains with a central location. This charming upstairs studio apartment has a private entrance and is close to the University of Arizona, downtown, and University Medical Center. Features that guests love include a comfy king bed, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. There is a delightful ramada area for relaxing outdoors. We are happy to share the pool with our guests in season (April - October). Covid vaccination required.

It is only a 15 minute drive to the U of A, 15 min to Sabino Canyon and 20 min drive to Saguaro National Park East.

Tucson International Airport is an easy 7 miles and Saguaro National Park East is 13 miles or Saguaro National Park West is 16 miles. Close to all Gem Show exhibits!
