Heating during cold season is available, books and magazines for rainy days.

Holiday home offers outdoor sport activities such as basketball, volleyball, soccer. Swings, trampoline and sandbox for children.Sauna for a fee.

The territory of the recreation complex is designed in such a way that guests of neighboring houses do not disturb each other – there are plantings and small hills between the houses. The residential area is surrounded by untouched nature.

The house is designed for comfort, featuring heated floors and an indoor fireplace for year-round coziness. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation easy, and you can start your day with a perfect cup of coffee.

Cottage by the sea

A saunacottage by the sea with a shared yard. We love to chat and entertain and welcome friendly visitors with pets and kids, dogs can go on the beach here. Now we have long meadow grass. A double mattress is accessible by ladder + a sofa on the ground floor. Not for extensive cooking (a microwave, fridge, sandwich toaster, gas grill). The table and chairs are outside. Next to a good Ukrainian restaurant.
