I’ve stayed here a few times while in town for work, and every time it has been better than the last. Manuel obviously reinvests time and money into this property, and it shows. By far the best place for the price that I’ve found in Tulare.

My second time staying here, and both were fantastic. Responsive host. Great, safe location. Perfect for 1 or 2 people and, with the washer and dryer, great for a long-term stay.

I stay here 2-3 times each year and always love my stay. It’s comfortable, cozy and clean. Love how clean the linens and bedding is as well. Thanks so much as always.

Victor was an exceptional host, reaching out before check-in to ensure everything went smoothly, even with my last-minute booking. He was incredibly helpful and informed me about the charming café in the building—a gem for coffee and delicious breakfast options. The space itself was small but beautifully furnished, thoughtfully stocked with essentials, and the bathroom was a standout with its modern design and luxurious rain shower. While the building was a touch noisy at times, it didn’t detract from the overall peaceful and enjoyable experience. Victor’s attentiveness, especially in promptly providing fresh towels when I extended my stay, made this a truly delightful visit. Highly recommend!

House was amazing felt just like home! Quiet neighborhood. We really didn’t have any complaints form the other guest only that they where amazed when they walked in. We would love to stay in this home again some day.

We had a lovely and peaceful stay—great location with a good distance to both the park and the town. The house was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. Jamie was very responsive, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. There were also some nice walking opportunities around the property for the days we weren’t visiting the Sequoias, which made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. We would definitely stay again!

This is a cute 3 bedroom space that is clean and new. I felt very comfortable here. Sabrina gave great directions (very helpful, since it's in a newer neighborhood), and was very responsive. Great deal that was perfect for our needs. I would definitely recommend this, and will almost certainly stay here again.

I had such a great stay! The place was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect and made getting around super easy. Was very satisfied with our stay. The neighborhood was peaceful and clean. The house was clean and ready for us upon a arrival, we were very apprecitive of that. Linens and towels were neat and smelled clean! Conveniently located close to everything one could need or want to do. We will definitely book agsin if were in the area. This was my 3rd time staying at Allen’s condo. He is extremely communicative and friendly. Had absolutely zero issues. The kitchen is fully equipped to make my family a meal. The condo is exactly as pictured and very comfortable and homey.

Honestly the perfect spot to stay with family if you’re visiting the area of have plans to go into the national park. Sits behind a Rite Aid, along a somewhat busy street but you couldn’t tell, especially at night. Area was quiet, looked secure and I felt comfortable leaving my stuff there while I checked out Sequoia NP. While we didn’t cook, we did have a full kitchen and it was nice to start the day with a hot cup of coffee. Also has a washer/dryer, comfortable couches with a smart tv so we could end the days watching our favorite shows. This was a great spot for us, and will likely try and book it again in the future!

Mattie and Teresa’s place was fabulous. It was a perfect place for my family and kids. The host was very accommodating and we enjoyed the little yet simple touches that were included with the home. For example, really grateful for the toothbrushes provided as we had forgotten ours in one the bags at home. The home also included board games and puzzles which were very convenient for entertaining the kids. Overall, a wonderful place to stay in the area. Thank you for sharing this home.

Loved this place a lot! Very cozy and charming home. Very clean. Great location. Very quiet and love the sound of the birds in the morning. Will definitely be back!
