PRO’s: ✨The location is very walkable. There are a ton of restaurants nearby and it feels safe to roam around without worry. ✨ Free parking in front of the condo for your car rental. (a bit narrow, so be careful) ✨ Pretty clean/well kept CON’s: You’re around a bunch of other guests that are extremely loud and don’t respect the quiet times. We stayed in the first floor and could hear guests going up and down the stairs as well as people working out super early in the morning 👎🏼 -You only get 2 towels per guest for the whole duration of your stay..There’s an extra charge for more— kind of strange considering the various amounts of daily showering, swimming, etc that is done. -Although the kitchen contains pots/utensils it doesn’t have basic necessities like salt, pepper, cooking oil etc. We wanted to cook dinner and had to go buy every single thing that we needed. Not a super big deal but simple details do matter that make the overall stay a bit better.

Edgar est le meilleur hôte possible, agréable et très arrangeant pour le check in ou le check out. Il nous a recommandé pleins de bons plans. Le logement est plus que magnifique, plus bel Airbnb de Tulum, spacieux, propre et neuf. Litterie plus qu’agréable, enceinte pour la musique géniale, la piscine privée est top. Le rooftop et la salle de sports sont un plus (on y voit des jolis levés/couchés de soleil!) mais vu la qualité du logement nous nous y sommes très peu rendu car nous avons profité de notre piscine privée. Le fait que le logement soit au fond de la résidence donne un aspect + que privatif. Le logement est TRÈS bien situé : 7/11 et location de véhicules supers juste en face. Airbnb À 10min en ATV du centre. Petit warning, faites attention à la route d’accès au logement elle est rocailleuse avec pleins de trous, un peu comme toutes les routes de Tulum hors centre, donc attention si vous louez une voiture vous risquez de la rayer. Prenez un ATV ou scooter en face.

If you are looking for a little slice of quiet paradise a stone throw from great coffee spots and restaurants - stay here! I loved my home for 10 days, everything from the beautifully done room, the awesome outdoor kitchen, the two adorable kitties, and of course, the way you feel like you are in the middle of the jungle with all the gorgeous foliage. The bed was so cozy and comfi, plus it was nice to have the option of the A/C when needed. The wifi was the fastest I found in all of Tulum, including co-working spaces. The location is hard to beat, right by Calle 7, which has tons of food and drink options, but still quiet and relaxing. Kristi and Carla were so easy to communicate with and very helpful. I gave them some details of what I was looking for and they provided me with the perfect room! Check in was really smooth, even though I arrived in the middle of the night, and same with check out. I can't wait to go back!

Nos encantó cada momento en este hermoso departamento, que supera todas nuestras expectativas. La decoración es acogedora y elegante, y el mantenimiento es impecable. La cocina está equipada con todo lo necesario para preparar deliciosas comidas y sentirnos como en casa. Lo que realmente nos impresionó fue la atención al detalle de los anfitriones. Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos sentimos atendidos y cuidados. Respondieron a todas nuestras preguntas y necesidades con prontitud y amabilidad. Nuestra estancia fue verdaderamente mágica. El departamento es un refugio perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar. Los anfitriones son super atentos y siempre estuvieron al pendiente de nosotros, lo que nos hizo sentir valorados y apreciados. Definitivamente, este es uno de los pocos Airbnb que realmente cuidan los detalles y se preocupan por la experiencia del huésped. No duden en reservar este departamento. 10 de 10 !!! !!!

Wat een super fijne plek! De ruimte was fantastisch en mega ruim. We hebben genoten van de zwembaden en de chillplekken. Veel leuke restaurants en ontbijtplekjes in de buurt, net zoals een 7/11. Edgar reageerde altijd gelijk en ook de mensen bij de receptie waren bijzonder behulpzaam! We hebben wel een setje voor in de keuken gemist, zoals theedoeken, handdoek en een afwasborstel. Maar dat was het enige puntje dat we kunnen bedenken. Voor een volgende keer Tulum, komen we hier zeker terug!! 😊

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Irie and it exceeded all expectations. The property's great location offered easy access to great beaches and the town. The inside was beautifully decorated, and decor was very unique. The outdoor space was very peaceful and I loved they had an onsite cafe with some great food, must have ate there like 3 times. The thoughtful amenities and attentive host made my stay unforgettable, would highly reccomend this place the next time you're in Tulum!

Die Unterkunft war perfekt für uns. Es ist alles in der Nähe was man so braucht. Supermarkt, Restaurants und Bars. In das Stadtzentrum läuft man allerdings ca. eine halbe Stunde. Mit dem kostenlosen Roller kann man die Gegend super erkunden. Wir hatten während des Aufenthalts das ganze Gebäude mit den Pools fast für uns alleine. Wir fühlten uns sehr sicher und es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Es gibt eine Rezeption die 24Stunden besetzt ist.

Oscar was incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions we had during our stay. They went above and beyond to give us the best experience and even sent pre travel tips and recs before even arriving. Plus, the home was gorgeous and very clean. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.
