Situata in una posizione molto tranquilla, la villa presenta tutti i confort necessari. Ogni camera è dotata di bagno appena ristrutturato. Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole e la Signora Margherita una padrona di casa attenta e disponibile.

L'immobile corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione e alle foto. L'host è sempre stato pronto nelle risposte e puntuale, oltre che accurato e disponibile. La casa è molto bella e accogliente.

Woooow, no words can really describe how wonderful this place is. We've seen this fantastic villa from afar before (you can see it when coming in to the island from the boat), but we could never imagine how wonderful it is. The house itself is perfect, with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms etc - but what really stood out was how close you were to the city while also feeling like having your own little paradise. The balconies where a dream, the view perfect and the private place to swim simply wonderful. 10/10, and will 100% come back!

We loved our stay at Sabrina’s. The apartment has wraparound patios that offer shade and a breeze, even on the hottest days. We loved being able to walk to the beach and fantastic meals at Il Faro. Sabrina gave so many excellent recommendations and I have never had such easy communication as we did using the group chat feature she sets up for each guest. I highly recommend this apartment and host for anyone looking for a restful, comfortable accommodation.

Wir haben hier einen wunderschönen 2-wöchigen Aufenthalt genossen. Die Wohnung war genauso wie sie beschrieben wurde und bestens für die tägliche Nutzung (Kochen, Waschen etc.) ausgestattet. Wer nach einem typisch toskanischen Landgut sucht, wird hier definitiv fündig. Den Aufenthalt besonders gemacht, haben auch Denny und Paolo (die Feeldgood-Manager), die sich sowohl um alle Gäste als auch um das komplette Anwesen kümmern. Die Beiden haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns für den ersten Abend bestens ausgestattet (Spaghetti, Pesto, Olivenöl, Wasser, Eis), sodass wir uns direkt wohl fühlen konnten. Bei allen Fragen standen sie mit Rat und Tat zur Seite - jeder bräuchte eine Denny und einen Paolo. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen, wenn man auf der Suche nach dem typischen Toskana-Feeling und einem guten Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ist. Abgesehen davon, ist der Ausblick ein Traum ☺️

Maria has created a beautiful and warm home with a modern design and spacious, cosy layout. The kitchen is a dream for cooking, and the peaceful location is perfect for unwinding. Dinesh was always responsive and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful one-week stay at Valerio's Tuscan villa celebrating my birthday with friends and family. The villa is very spacious, private, and perfect for a group! We felt safe knowing Valerio was responsive and close-by to answer any questions and help us when needed. The pool is absolutely stunning and watching the sun set each evening over the hills is something we will never forget! We also appreciated all the areas set up to dine together and the pizza oven. The villa is in close proximity to Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, and Florence (we visited all easily) and so many amazing wineries and restaurants. I hope we'll be able to return one day - none of us wanted to leave!

Casa stupenda, circondata da verde privato che offre tutta la privacy necessaria. Disposta su piu livelli con 3 camere matrimoniali e 2 bagni che contornano l'indipendenza di tutti gli ospiti. La terrazza del soggiorno dove pranzavamo o cenavamo, offre una vista mozzafiato che raccoglie la bellezza del porto con tutti i colori dell'isola. La mattina facevamo colazione nel patio della cucina immersi nel giardino della villa. Un inizio di giornata da provare assolutamente. Le prime spiaggia si raggiungono in 5 minuti a piedi da una strada praticamente privata che arriva direttamente al porto. Un modo utilissimo per dimenticarsi della macchina. Nel pomeriggio tornati dal mare o dalla barca, ci rilassiamo giocando in piscina guardando il mare. Wow! I bambini si sono divertiti tantissimo! Ottimi proprietari di casa che sono sempre stati disponibili e super reattivi. Se tornassimo sull'isola, torneremo sicuramente qui. CONSIGLIATISSIMA!

Soggiorno super. La villa è molto bella, accogliente, immersa nel verde e con un bellissimo panorama circostante. Silenziosa, dotata di tutti i confort necessari. I proprietari sono persone squisite, cordiali e disponibili. Consigliamo vivamente questa location per chi ha voglia di rilassarsi e trascorrere momenti in compagnia di amici e famiglia!

Das Haus ist eine Perle. In unmittelbarer Distanz zum Meer (ca 100m durch einen Park und schon ist man am Strand) und auch das Städtchen mit den Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist zu Fuss erreichbar (ca 10min laufen bis zum Einkaufen). Das Haus hat einen super Aussenküche. Velos für Erwachsene und ein SUP standen zur freien Verfügung. Gerne wieder!

Francesca and Sabrina were outstanding hosts! The villa is the most amazing place to unwind and escape with friends/family. The pool is amazing and great size for a large group of people. Would certainly recommend getting cars and Francesca and her team were very helpful in organising this. Rooms are beautiful and great sizes. The self contained apartments are great for large groups, as each has a kitchen and bathroom. Overall an amazing stay at the villa and would highly recommend.

Casa molto bella e posizione super... la vista dalla casa e' bellissima, fare colazione ammirando l'Elba non ha eguali. Carola e sua mamma sono state molto disponibili. Da ritornare!!

We had a wonderful stay here, the photos do not do it’s justice. We were a family of 8 w a baby and everyone found it very comfortable. The views are amazing and it truly feels like you’re staying in a relatives home. Very homey feel with lots of bathrooms and the kitchen is just amazing. You’ll need a car to access the town where we rented a boat and used the local market to make dinner at home. The beach club also has a great restaurant. We will def be back.

Die Villa San Giuseppe ist eine wahres Schmuckstück, wo man sich sehr gut erholen und entspannen kann. In der Villa hat es fast alles was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet und das ganze Areal um die Villa herum ist sehr grossflächig und sehr schön. Der Pool ist gigantisch gross und sehr schön mit einer Weitsicht gelegen. Es dürfte noch mehr Sonnenschirme und Liegematten für die Liegestühle haben. Das WIFI müsste noch besser ausgebaut werden und das Wasser beim Duschen ist nicht wirklich warm sondern eher kalt. Der Grillplatz ist auch sehr gut gelegen und es hat genügend Holz um sich jeden Tag etwas feines zu grillieren. Im äusseren Essbereich würde sich noch eine Lounge sehr gut als Ergänzung machen, da sich die meisten Personen draussen befinden. Die Anfahrt durch die vielen Zypressenbäume ist auch jedes mal ein Highlight und die Strasse ist aus Schotter aber gut befahrbar. Im grossen und ganzen jedoch sehr weiterzuempfehlen, der Ruhe und doch die Nähe zur Stadt Follonica ca. 15 Fahrminuten schätzt.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche! Das Haus, die Aussttung, Lage und der Pool sind wunderschön! Es hat uns super gefallen! Vielen Dank Fabio!

Three couples around mid September. We enjoyed the farmhouse, dinners al fresco, the pool and gorgeous surroundings. Luisa and Nicola were attentive hosts and the house is warm and confortable. We wished we had stayed longer in the area just to enjoy the house more. You can do day trips to Volterra, San Gimigniano, etc. from the location. Highly recommended and we wouldn't mind returning.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit hier mitten in der Toskana. Es empfiehlt sich mit dem Auto anzureisen, die Unterkunft ist perfekt gelegen für die wichtigsten Tagesausflüge in der Toskana. Saubere Zimmer und Pool, schnelle Kommunikation, wunderbarer Blick auf die Landschaft.

Ilaria’s villa is a comfortable and stylish base from which to explore all the wonders that Maremma has to offer. We are a family of four, and after a couple of weeks in Italy, the kids were craving home-cooked meals, so we spent several hours in the kitchen and dining areas. It was delightful to cook while listening to the kids having fun in the pool. The beds were very comfortable and inviting. The villa is conveniently located near the old town center and several supermarkets. Since we were keen to visit Porto Ercole, Alberese, and Saturnia, we didn’t dedicate as much time to Grosseto as we should have. The old center has a very mellow vibe, and everyone we met was very friendly and welcoming. We wished we could have stayed longer. Finally, I want to say a big thank you to Ilaria for being so accommodating and kind. We are already looking forward to returning to your place.

Il Pollaio is an amazing villa... close enough to nice restaurants in Volterra and other villages, but so private. the space was perfect for 3 couples. The kitchen, terrace, and pool were all top notch!

Donatella ist eine super Gastgeberin! Wir hatten einen wundervollen Familienurlaub. Es fehlte an nichts. Das Appartement und der Aussenbereich sind liebevoll dekoriert und begrünt. Der Pool war das Highlight der Kinder. Es hat tolle Liegestühle und mehrer Luftreifen und Bälle sowie unterschiedliche Plätze im Garten mit Stühlen und Tisch. Mit den zur Verfügung gestellten Velos gelangten wir in 5-10 Minuten an den atemberaubenden km langen Strand. Die Restaurantempfehlungen von Donatella waren super! Danke!
