We are five to twenty minutes from great beaches, theater, boating, trails, e-bike rentals, restaurants and playgrounds. We look forward to your visit!

The Mermaid Shore House is a brand new wheelchair accessible build overlooking the Hillsborough River, a small beach and city lights of Charlottetown. This well equipped two bedroom house is bright and spacious with numerous windows that take advantage of the stunning water views and sunsets. Set in the country, on a working farm this Family friendly space has all the amenities to make your stay comfortable. Newly renovated (2025) greenhouse on premises is a perfect place to sit and relax amongst tropical flora in evenings, or you may walk down a lit pathway to the Gazebo during the evenings. Other guests maybe sharing this space with you. Close to beaches, golf and long walks. Watch the sun set over the water where the acres of Tulips are grown behind the house.

Private Hot Tub River Retreat

The “Kenzie B” cottage is a newly built cottage with unique features throughout like a sliding steel barn door, a steel shower and old barn beams along the ceiling. The covered veranda off the front of the cottage provides you with stunning views of the tidal river and a private hot tub overlooks the river as well. Swim, boat, float, whatever you wish, the river awaits! We also have a motorized floating picnic table for rent if you'd like to explore the river some more.
