Victor a été un hôte incroyable! Il nous répondait rapidement, nous a même amené au terminus d'autobus pour nous aider à acheter nos billets pour la randonnée et nous a déposé dans un restaurant au centre-ville. Ses parents sont mignons et gentils et ils ont un très beau chien qui habite dehors mais qu'on peut flatter si l'ont veut. On s'est senti comme chez nous et avec une belle famille. De plus, ils ont acceptés de garder nos bagages pendant que nous faisions la trek W, donc ils font vraiment tout et plus! Finalement, le logement est très propre et confortable. Je vous le recommande fortement, vous n'aurez pas un meilleur service!

I felt soo comfortable in this airbnb, the area is super nice with laundry service and a really nice cafe almost around the corner and the building is perfect with lots of space, own kitchen for guests and the wifi is really good! You feel a bit like you're in a hostel but with your own rooms and the friendliest owners. I had to check out earlier than planned due to a change in my travel plans, but I would have loved to stay one more night! I think it really is the best place to stay in Puerto Natales and Claudia and her husband are very nice people! I can really recommend a stay here!

Casa Cogler es un lugar que cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estadía memorable. Con habitaciones amplias, luminosas, hermosa mente alajadas y de construcción reciente. Es un lugar acogedor y cálido desde donde puedes disfrutar desde todos sus espacios(sala de estar , desayunador y habitaciones)de las hermosas vistas del entorno de Puerto Natales . Loreto excelente anfitriona. Siempre disponible y cercana ( agradezco toda la alimentación gluten free que dispuso para mi ).Volveremos sin duda . Muy recomendable.

Fuimos con mi pareja a quedarnos con Claudio y fue desde el inicio muy amigable, la casa super limpia y ubicable locomoción muy cercana al igual que negocios y supermercados. Sin duda volvería.

Perfect location for Torres del Paine trekking as the apartment is super close to the bus station. The room is comfortable, warm and with a nice shower that is all you wish for after days of trekking! Claudia is a great host and stored our luggage during our trek for a few dollars, definitely recommended!

Cozy and warm place, super close to the bus station, which makes it perfect for catching early buses to Torres del Paine. Claudia was a lovely host and she stored our luggage during our trek for a few dollars. The kitchen is well equipped but has a gas stove which takes a while to heat up. Other than that, 100% recommended!

Solo me hospedé una noche pero espacio más que grato y cómodo para una persona que viene desde torres a descansar.
