Wake up to uninterrupted sea views, enjoy breakfast on the spacious terrace and end the day with unforgettable sunsets. This modern first-floor apartment sleeps up to 6 guests and offers peace, comfort and a prime beachfront location. Two bedrooms have double beds, while the third has two single beds that can be joined. Baby cot available on request. Free parking. Just a short walk to Umag’s centre, beaches, restaurants and shops. We live in the same house with our friendly dog and four cats.

Park Riviera Adria Blue Seaside

You can bring your own towels and bed linens, or you can rent them from us: 8 euros per person per stay for towels and 8 euros per person for bed linens per stay. If you want a change of towels or bed linens, you can let us know and we will do it again for 8 euros. There is a tourist tax to pay on arrival: €1.6 per guest per night. Children 12-17 years old pay 50%. Children 0-11 years old do not have to pay. Please note that check in is 16-20h (we cannot guarantee check in after 20h).

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Located in the center of Umag close to the picturesque historical core. Situated on the ground floor of a century old stone house about 30 m from the sea. Completely renovated and furnished. Shops, vegetable market, restaurants, travel agencies, hospital, parking within walking distance ( 5-10 minutes). Perfect place for taking long walks along the promenade by the sea or exploring the coastal towns and the scenic hinterland.

It's a two storey house with two apartments in Strunjan near Piran on a very peaceful and green location surrounded by olive trees, vineyards, fig trees and other mediterranean plants, 600m from the nearest beach in Moon bay. It's our holiday home and we are using the apartment on the groundfloor by ourselves (mainly on weekends and holidays). Your apartment is located on the first floor. It's a non-smoking apartment, so if you smoke, please do it outside, not inside.

At the more exclusive end of the pontoon, in the renowned yacht marina of Portoroz, floats Marinavita. Awake with the sun slanting through the bed room window. Throw open the curtains and watch the yachts - just meters away from you - going for a sail. Open the sun shades on the roof terrace and have breakfast enjoying the 360° view. All around in Portorož and beyond, there is a sea of opportunities to spend a perfect holiday at any time of the year
