Centrally located the NYC via bus is around the corner, the train is up the street and there ferries too. Apartment is located in NJ, within 10/15 min bus ride to NYC Port Authority ( from there you have easy access to all subway and blocks from Time Square ) centrally located in NJ the apartment in one block from main st in which you can find everything you might need for your stay without paying NYC prices. Ideally don’t drive to NNJ or NYC since you will need to find parking space, but if you have to there is permit waiting for you inside. Street is illuminated and bright and area is safe.
