Chatsworth Retreat

Nestled amongst native trees in iconic Chatsworth Road, this accommodation provides privacy in a standalone location. Located next to our home, this is a separate suite and bathroom which has TV, bar fridge, some kitchenette amenities and a heater. Great overnight location after work commitments, a family occasion or for a weekend away. This is a very quiet location with a short drive or ten-minute walk to Silverstream Village, Supermarket, Railway Station, restaurants and a local Gastro pub.

The Dale

Private and cosy two bedroom single level home. Fenced concrete front yard for parking, also room for a ute and trailer. Modern, kitchen and bathroom areas, furnishings and decoration. Fibre broadband and Netflix available. Great indoor-outdoor flow, covered patio area with spa pool, outdoor table & chairs. Conveniently located, 1 minute walk to a dairy, food takeaways and bus stop, shopping centre approx 1 km, State Highway 2 approx 2.5 km, Lower Hutt & Upper Hutt city centres approx 9 km.

Semi -Detached Studio

A bright sunny studio that has a separate entrance, its own kitchen and bathroom. The bed is a comfortable day bed which coverts to a full King sized bed for two guests. Alternatively, the two beds can be left as single beds. The second bed is stored underneath the day bed and had sturdy legs that pull out. Double French doors open onto a sunny courtyard for guests to enjoy and relax in. The studio is next to the pool which is available for use in the summer. Full cooking facilities. No pets.

The OverFlo

The OverFlo is a cozy, compact self-contained space with private access & courtyard, situated in the picturesque Kaitoke countryside. Refurbished to a high standard & attention to detail, it offers a peaceful, comfortable getaway, in a delightful private rural setting. Upper Hutt, Brewtown & the railway station are just 10min away & 20 min from the Wairarapa, the wine trail & the many cafes, restaurants & boutique shops. Wellington & all that this vibrant city has to offer is a 40 mins drive.

Tiny House Train-Eco stay

Thank you for renting the train as this really helps me. The train runs on solar power, all your water is spring water and is a great example of up cycling and recycling. The tiny house train is located on a 10 acre/4.2 hectare organic blueberry farm and was restored in 2018 and turned into a tiny house in May 2019. There is a cozy log burner plus electric blanket and heat pumps. There is a smart TV Netflix supplied . Wifi is Starlink with laptop friendly kitchen table. Self checkin after 2pm.

Prairie Holm Farm is a working farm located along the edge of Lake Wairarapa and foothills of the rugged Remutaka Ranges. Accommodation consists of a generous sized lounge/kitchen/bathroom cabin and a DETACHED bedroom sleeping cabin. The bathroom is a unique "camping style" room giving an open air feel. NOTE: Prairie Holm is a working Dairy, Sheep & Beef farm - NO Pets allowed & NO Wifi available.

Welcome to Oak Tree Cottage A Newly built 30m2 cottage set at the rear of our property. Located in the Heretaunga/Silverstream area of Upper Hutt. Close to all transport links train/bus/motorway.A well equipped kitchenette allows for cooking with electric hotplate. The cottage is warm and quiet with double glazing and a heat pump/aircon. Private entrance and courtyard . Walking distance to Trentham Race course,Royal Wellington golf course and Fig tree cafe.

A lovely open plan studio with Queen bed, couch, dining table, smart tv and kitchenette area. Surrounded by native and succulent gardens. Modern ensuite-style bathroom, with shower. Kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. The cabinets contain plates, bowls, cups and cutlery, sharp knives and chopping boards. Milk, drinking water, teas, coffee and sugar provided. One dedicated off-street car park by the bnb entrance.
