our stay was fantastic. Kathryn is so friendly and accommodating. Great communication. the cottage was clean and very homely. I would highly recommend to anyone and would definitely go and stay again. I would stay longer next time. Just a beautiful and relaxing place to be.

We wanted a quiet break from the city for ourselves and young children and the house was fantastic- warm, open planned, cosy, especially with the fire on, nice views and none of us wanted to leave. We watched the stars at night and to the kids delight we even saw a shooting star. The Taralga Wildlife Park nearby was great as the kids got to hold lots of animals and the staff were so friendly. Look forward to returning to Michael's beautiful home.

Farmstay country cottage in Taralga/Bannaby

We had the most beautiful family getaway and loved the peace and quiet while we were there. The photos don’t really do the sunrises, sunsets and outlook over the valley and rolling hills justice. The local Taralga township was just down the road and just as quiet.

Everything was great and surpassed our expectations. Lovely farm with abundant and friendly animals and above all fantastic hosts! Wish it was closer to home - we would come back few times a year in that case.

Arcadian Cabin River Retreat

Had the best time at Canyonleigh. Tranquil location, gorgeous animals and access to a river. The place itself was very well equipped, clean and tidy. The best part about the entire stay however was Mel. She was extremely responsive and available for all of our queries. She offered a farm experience to us in the morning. When we needed honey, cinnamon and extra towels she was quick to provide. Furthermore we needed a ride into Bowral and she not only offered to give us one, but gave as quite an informed and impassioned tour of the area. We had the best time and would love to revisit again. Our cup feels very full now and I am really grateful!

Rangers Lodge is an absolutely stunning place to stay. The two fireplaces make the house feel extra cozy and homey and the kitchen is so beautiful. The views are a definite plus and added to the peaceful feeling of the property. Myself and my guests also all slept fantastically on the extremely comfortable beds and loved the amount of natural lighting in the house. Leticia is a wonderful host, super responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be staying again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb surrounded by nature. The location was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway, with stunning night skies that made for some unforgettable stargazing. The place itself was spotless and very well maintained, making it feel like a true home away from home. Bruce and Wendy were amazing hosts — incredibly kind, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions. Their warm hospitality made the stay even better. I’d highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to unwind in nature with great hosts. Would definitely love to visit again!

Amazing getaway at the farm

Wow, the place was much better than expected! The accommodation was clean and full of amenities. Our host was very accommodating and made us feel right at home. My 2 yr daughter probably had the best time of her life! The friendly dogs, feeding the chickens, the ducks, the swings and fireplace. It was the best getaway for our family. The time of the year was perfect too! Bit chill at night so the fireplace outside and inside was just perfect! The place is huge and for fishing lovers, you can literally fish down the river. I highly recommend this place. We are definitely coming back again. Thank you Najwa for taking care of us and being an absolutely amazing host.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Arabella Guest House- it felt like our home away from home! Both hosts were welcoming, friendly, and generous. We receieved fresh tomatoes from the garden regularly, free of charge and the kids loved playing with Leo, the dog. The grounds of the property were stunning and peaceful. Both hosts were extremely responsive to any requests or questions we had during our stay. I would highly recommend staying at the Arabella Guest House.

Quaint Country Cottage

It’s located at a very quiet place and close to the town Goulburn around 20min drive. The house itself is very solid and with beautiful flowers in the garden. Friendly ponies roam and graze freely around the farmland. It was a truly satisfying and relaxing stay.

Many thanks Jodie for another great stay. Love the new extension with the opportunity for grown ups to have a quiet read or chat whilst kids watch TV elsewhere. So lovely to feel so at home coming back each year
