The apartment is exactly what you expect based on the photos. It is cozy and easy to access from the sollentuna station (from where you can basically go everywhere) and the fact that Maria is always there if you need her without disturbing you at all. For the price of the specific Airbnb I don't think you can get something better. Helpful and positive facts: - 10-12 minutes walk (it's just a straight line from the apartment) from sollentuna train/bus station. - 15-20 minutes from Stockholm city or Stockholm södra by train (for night life and not only). - 10 minutes (close to the sollentuna station) from ICA store (market).

Tout s’est très bien passé. Caj a été accueillant et à l’écoute. Je mets juste un petit bémol sur l’escalier en colimaçon. Il manque une rambarde au niveau du 1er étage. Ma fille qui travaillait sur une chaise au bureau a reculé sa chaise très près du trou sans faire exprès. Ça peut être dangereux. Attention avec des enfants !

Jeg ønsket meg et fredelig sted der jeg kunne få tid til å hvile, tenke og slappe av i noen uker, og det var nettopp hva jeg fikk i denne leiligheten. Gode turmuligheter rett utenfor døren, enkel adkomst til sentrum med buss, fredelige omgivelser. Leiligheten er liten, men inneholder alt en trenger for et lengre opphold. Maria er en god vert. Hun var alltid blid og vennlig, svarte raskt på alle henvendelser, og var alltid på tilbudssiden når jeg møtte henne eller noen fra familien hennes ute. Hun kom til og med med hjemmebakte rundstykker til meg en ettermiddag. Jeg anbefaler med glede stedet til Maria, og kommer gjerne tilbake en annen gang.

Excellent stay in this peaceful place. A very spacious studio for two people and very functional. The bus stop is nearby and the city can be accessed by walking as well. I definitely recommend it!

我是因为要看Taylor的演唱会来斯德哥尔摩的，因为飞机延误，我比预想的来的迟，而且房间的钥匙盒坏了，所以和Serkan还见了一面，他很友善也很尊重我，简单介绍了房间之后就离开了，他甚至都没有进来房子里面，只是在门口。这是我第一次独自出行，Serkan的这种做法让我感觉很安心。第二天看完演唱会回来已经很迟了，本来一个人走夜路有点害怕，但这个社区超出我想象的宁静和祥和再次感动了我，我从未感受过这样的轻快和自由。而且房间里的床也非常舒服，我睡得很好。在这里租住的两天我真的度过了很快乐的时光。有机会的话我一定会再来的，感谢Serkan一家的包容，友好和尊重，我真的住的很开心。

Fredrik is a super friendly host, and the communication with Josefin was also very pleasant. The apartment was cozy and perfectly suited to my needs. I stayed there alone, so the size of the bed was just right. :) The location of the apartment is good — with a leisurely walk, you can easily reach the city center, or there is a bus stop just a few meters away. The check-in process was a bit more complicated if you’re used to finding a key box and checking in yourself, but Fredrik handled it perfectly, even though I arrived later than planned due to the train. Thank you so much!

Very comfortable and clean place that is beautifully decorated. A quiet area with easy access to public transit to get to the city central. Would stay again!

Great place, Great Host, Great Location

Lena's place is just behind the bus stop, which in turn is 2 bus stops away from the rail station. The station is 30mins away from Stockholm Central and Arlanda airport, which makes it situated perfectly right in the middle of both locations. There is also a shopping mall with a supermarket near the train station. The place is spacious and has it owns private entrance, which includes a kitchenette, microwave oven, fridge and washer. The kitchenette is very well equipped with utensils and crockery. Could easily stay here for weeks with no issues. Highly recommended stay!

Kohde sopi matkamme tarkoitukseen erittäin hyvin, suosittelen toisillekin. Positiivista oli myös se, että Björn kommunikoi todella nopeasti.

Saga är en mycket trevlig värd. Välkomnande. Boendet bra och helt enligt beskrivning. Rent och snyggt. Nära till buss. Affär inom gångavstånd. Så kan väl rekommenderas...särskilt till de som vill komma till en lugn och lite avskild plats.

Supermysig lägenhet i kultur märkt område i centrala Gävle. Fint att strosa runt bland de vackra trä husen, lugnt och fridfullt och samtidigt bara 5 minuters promenad till centrum. Lägenheten har allt du behöver och värden Marie är mycket tillmötesgående 😄

Jag är distansstudent på högskolan i Gävle och bor i Dalarna och har flera gånger stannat över ett par dagar hos Ergin när jag åkt till Gävle för att besöka skolan. Ergin är alltid trevlig och hjälpsam. Boendet är enkelt med eget rum med en bäddsoffa, tv och plats att studera med mera. Från boendet är det gångavstånd in till stan.

Bra boende och trevlig och hjälpsam värd. Rekommenderas!

Eva and her family were very welcoming hosts. We had everything we needed and more during our stay at their beautiful and special place. We even enjoyed a bath in the pool. We had a lovely view from the terrace and the surrounding is also nice and green and with good restaurants. Thank you for having us!

Lovely apartment, great location and very welcoming hosts (humans and cats). The area is peaceful at the edge of a forest, yet the apartment is only a 5 minute walk from a subway station. You can get to Stockholm in about 20-30 minutes. I was offered free coffee from a high tech machine and Andris was very helpful meeting me downstairs so I could find the place. The room was not the room in the pictures, but it was a comfortable one anyway!
