The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. There's a kitchen with all the utensils, pots, bowls, plates, cups, etc. that you could need for your stay as well as a stocked Nespresso machine!

This little ground-floor studio sits beside our home, located 3 mi. from GSP, 4 mi. from BMW, 2 mi. from downtown Greer, and a mile from the Greer Memorial Hospital (Prisma). It is close to amenities, yet has a country feel. Please Note: We don't allow smoking anywhere on our property. We don't want to endanger future guests who may have serious reactions to residual cigarette smoke. If you smoke, kindly choose another place to stay. We also do not allow pets.
