The unit is on the second floor of a Victorian home built in 1903. LOCATION: The apartment is just 1.3 mi from U.S. Bank Stadium, walking distance to downtown and minutes away from the Minneapolis Institute of Art. Convenient bus lines run to Uptown, LynLake and, U of M campus. Coffee shops and Eat Street are close-by, as well.

It is located in between Speedway, and The Lake and Bryant Cafe. Bryant Lake Bowl restaurant is right across the street. (Side Note: Bob Stinson of The Replacements once lived here)
