3012/14 • 2B2B Zermatt Villa Only 15 Mins to Park City!

This newly remodeled & professionally designed 2B2B Villa is one of the most sought-after rentals in Midway. Zermatt Resort & Spa is a 4-Star Mountain resort only 20 minutes from Park City, Deer Valley, and Sundance. Midway is a charming European-style mountain town only minutes from Park City & Sundance. Midway’s Main St. boasts great restaurants, shopping, and a small-town skating rink in the winter months. There is just as much to do here in the summer, including a local farmer’s market, mountain biking, ATV Rentals, two nearby reservoirs, and some of the state’s best public golf courses only five minutes from the resort. Guests may arrive at the hotel any time after 4 pm on the day of check in. The principal guest will receive a text message with check-in instructions. The instruction will contain your hotel suite number & key code. I am available 24/7 to all guests from check in to check out. This unit is located on the top floor of the Chateau Villas building at the 4-star Zermatt Resort & Spa. The Villa boasts amazing mountain views, especially from the private balcony attached to the master bedroom. Guests have access to all resort amenities including indoor/outdoor swimming pools & indoor/outdoor hot tubs. Guests enjoy a full kitchen, dining area, living room & two adjoining bedrooms with one king bed & two queens. The sofa sleeper means this Villa can sleep up to eight. Rental car recommended. Taxi, Uber & Lyft also available.

Wasatch Villa is an impressive 5 acre estate just a few minutes from downtown Heber and only 15 min to Deer Valley. With nearly 4000 sq ft of living space, the home boasts 4 spacious Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, Fireplaces, Chefs Kitchen, Dedicated Office Space, 3 Beautiful Decks and 2 patios, a Firepit with 270 degree view of the valley, new Hot Tub, a private backyard, tons of parking including a large 4 car garage and Views inside and out that are difficult to describe and pictures do not do justice.

Beautiful home w/hot tub and fireplace. Huge backyard/deck w/rock waterfall, trampoline & firepit. Comfortable beds. Stocked kitchen w/everything you will need to cook. Gas plumbed grill for BBQ Flat screen TV's Very spacious with 2 living areas. Dining Table for 8 w/extra leaf & 2 extra chairs to seat 10. Close to SLC & Ski resorts. Loud, large parties are not permitted if police are called you will be asked to leave w/ no refund. Perfect for lg families, ski groups & convention attendees.
