Het ligt in een super leuke omgeving, hartje Utrecht, met tuin aan het water en binnen 10 minuten lopen zit je op het terras in het centrum van Utrecht! Je kunt ter plekke een parkeervergunning voor de hele buurt van ons huren voor € 7,50 per dag. ( Dat is 5 tot 10 x goedkoper dan gangbaar in Utrecht!)

The apartment is the upper floor (35m2) in a historic house (1930's) . Your private space consists of 2 rooms, bathroom and walk-in cupboard. You can sleep in separate rooms if you wish. There is a kitchenette (stove, microwave, fridge). Parking space in front of house, free in weekends and free during week at Vulcanusdreef, 5 min walk. I live in the other part of the house. The house is located 10 minutes from centre by bike, 25 minutes walking. Towels are present.
