Je kunt ter plekke een parkeervergunning voor de hele buurt van ons huren voor € 7,50 per dag. ( Dat is 5 tot 10 x goedkoper dan gangbaar in Utrecht!)

Het huisje is in 2019 geheel gerenoveerd en heeft alle voorzieningen voor een paar comfortabele dagen weg. De ruimte heeft een boven- en benedenverdieping van totaal ongeveer 40m2. Het is in de basis ingericht voor twee personen, optioneel kun je met vier overnachten.

We love to welcome you in our cozy detached studio in the east of Utrecht. The quiet neighborhood is just 12 min by bike to the historical citycentre (free bikes available). Your private "front house" has its own entrance and all conveniences. So you will have all privacy but if you need any help, we would love to help you out (we live nextdoor). Ps the new super (pricewinning Bruno bed) sofa bed has arrived and is installed!
