Lakeview apartment in the centre of Bellagio

Charming apartment in Bellagio, just a step from the centre. From the principal balcony you have a stunning view of the lake and of the famous Villa Serbelloni. The apartment is on two floors: on the first one there is the living room, a bathroom, the kitchen and also a chimney; on the second one there is a bathroom and a big bedroom with a double bed and two single ones. The perfect location to relax and drink some wine admiring the peace of the lake. You will never want to leave this place.

Cà del Bif

Cà del Bif si affaccia sul molo del borgo di Nesso; la casa risale al 1600 ed è la residenza delle nostre vacanze da generazioni. Qua tutti noi abbiamo imparato a nuotare, praticato vari sport acquatici, fatte molte escursioni per poi ritrovarci, la sera tutti insieme sul molo a pescare. Nel 1925 Hitchcock ha girato qui The Pleasure Garden. L'appartamento è di circa 50 mq con camera da letto, bagno e living. Cà del Bif si raggiunge percorrendo una strada ciotola medioevale (200 m dalla chiesa)

Splendido appartamento situato in uno dei punti più panoramici di Bellagio. A soli 10 minuti a piedi dal centro e dal ferry in un' oasi di pace. Dall' ampia terrazza si gode una vista panoramica del golfo di Pescallo, fino ai monti dell' alto lago. Nel giardino privato ci si può rilassare al sole. Confortevole appartamento, di circa 65 metri, in una casa del ‘700, situata in una tipica stradina del nostro meraviglioso lago, che ha divieto di accesso alle auto. Zona molto tranquilla. Ci si può arrivare in auto, fino ad una distanza di circa 70/80 metri. L La stazione più vicina è quella di Como Lago. In 15 minuti a piedi affrontando una piccola salita sei a casa. Dal suo balconcino potrai godere di una fantastica vista sulla città e sul lago.
