Het chalet ligt dicht bij het centrum en alle voorzieningen met 3 eigen parkeerplaatsen net achter het chalet. Directe toegang tot het meer om te zwemmen, peddelen en varen in de zomer, en om te langlaufen, sneeuwschoenwandelen en schaatsen in de winter. Dit is het ideale chalet voor een heerlijke vakantie met familie en vrienden in Champex-lac.

La maison se trouve au-dessus du bourg de Villeneuve, dans un quartier très calme, situé à 20 minutes à pieds de la gare. Une voiture est fortement recommandée, nous disposons d'une place de parc. A Villeneuve, les quais, la plage et la réserve naturelle vous permettent de profiter du lac et d'admirer les montagnes. En direction de Montreux le fameux Château de Chillon mérite la visite. Piscine à Villeneuve. Le Montreux Jazz festival a lieu chaque année au début juillet.
