We really enjoyed this unit that is just a 10 minute walk from most everything in the old city of Valencia. A spacious unit that was bright and airy. A nice modern bathroom with ample supply of hot water and a good shower. Pretty quiet neighborhood overall with limited car and foot traffic. This host was great with communication and helpful information to allow us to really explore. Gracias!

Nos enamoramos del departamento de Carmen. Pasamos una excelente estadía. el departamento super cómodo, impecable y hermoso decorado. Las instrucciones super claras y una excelente atención de habernos dejado una botella de agua fría, una leche y un vino para nuestra llegada. Fue un gesto muy valorado después del viaje. Ya que, hasta que uno se familiariza con el lugar y busca un supermercado cuesta un poco. El departamento muy bien equipado, no faltaba nada. Estábamos muy cerca de todos los monumentos y lugares turísticos del casco antiguo. En conclusión nos volveríamos a alojar en el mismo departamento de volver a Valencia.

We were met at the apartment by Maria who was very helpful and friendly. The Apartment itself was well set out with plenty of room and comfortable surroundings. It was easy to get around and well placed for things to do and see. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Valencia.

Super Host. Perfekt organisiert. Rafa war immer gut erreichbar und sehr aufmerksam. Er hat uns sogar einen 50er Luftballon aufgehängt, nachdem ich ihm den Grund der Reise erzählt habe. Die wichtigsten Lebensmittel für den ersten Tag hat Rafa auch besorgt, eine tolle Überraschung, wenn man spät ankommt. Schönes, sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Appartement. Ruhige Lage. Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Für uns 6 Mädels eine perfekte Größe. Kann das Appartement zu 100% empfehlen und würde wieder buchen.

We booked for 3 nights, but the Spain-wide power failure seriously complicated our journey from Cordoba, with trains and re-booked public transport cancelled. At every turn, Lola and Nacho tried to help and offered check in at whatever time we managed to arrive. Correspondence with them was slick and positive in their immaculate English. Difficult to overstate the importance of this amid the 48 hours of travel chaos. Delightful hosts with a lovely central apartment to offer. My answer to the acid test question “would you return” is emphatically yes.

The location was beautiful, very walkable , and very well located. Yana was helpful with checkin and checked with us to make sure all was well. There was wine and other items left for us, very thoughtful ! The elevator was great for my bad knee. We enjoyed or stay and highly recommend this apartment.

Location, location, location. A few steps into one of the alley styles streets of Valencia off of a busy plaza near the Cathedral and you find a private little apartment building tucked away. It’s where and it’s what you want, and a great host too!

Upscale Apartment Close to the Beach

Het appartement is echt een fijn plekje vlakbij het strand! (5 min lopen). Supermercado zit vlakbij en ook een lekker bakkertje tegenover het appartement. De wijk is in vergelijking met het centrum een stuk rustiger in de avond en je zit wat meer tussen de locals. Er zijn vele leuke restaurantjes en ook zijn wij op loopafstand naar een theater geweest voor een flamenco show. Mocht je naar de andere wijken toe willen, de bus vertrekt voor de deur! Zeer vlakbij kun je ook goede fietsen huren (beachbikes) Elena is echt een goede host! Ze reageerde supersnel en is behulpzaam. Wij hadden een defect aan de douchekop en dat was dezelfde dag al gerepareerd toen wij in de avond thuis kwamen. In en uitchecken tijden zijn ook prettig (wij kwam laat aan, maar werden wel persoonlijk ontvangen). Keuken was zeer compleet, heerlijke bedden en een fijne douche! Wij hebben een heerlijke week in dit hele fijne appartement gehad! Bedankt Elena!

An amazing location in the old town with beautiful balcony views. Antonietta very kindly sorted a highchair and cot for our 10 m/o and even some toys. Antonietta was so helpful the entire time we were there and great with recommendations. Apartment has everything you need to explore Valencia.

The apartment was just like the photos. Very spacious with lots of storage & has everything you would need to make a short or long stay very comfortable. The apartment was tastefully decorated with all furniture and amenities of a very good standard. Felt like home. Located in a happening neighbourhood. Lots of restaurants, shops & a supermarket a short walk away. An easy walk or bus to the centre of València & surrounding areas. Communication with Pere was easy. We really enjoyed our 7 nights stay and would highly recommend this place.

Sleep Under Wooden Beams at a City Penthouse

We had a lovely stay at David’s place. The bed and pillow were very comfortable. It was easy and peaceful for sleeping. The Terrace is amazing and has afternoon sun which is very hot. There is an electric retractable sunshade that works perfectly. When we arrived (later in the day) they had thought of everything, leaving us coffee, water, bread and even some fresh croissants and a bottle of wine. This was extraordinary for us as we didn’t need to rush out right after we arrived to get necessary supplies. There are plenty of local tavernas and grocery shops close by. The grocery right around the corner offers an orange juicer you place the size of bottle you want and push the button and it presses the oranges right in front of you. It was the best orange juice we’ve ever had. Down the street is an Empanada shop. They were quite good, but the server was so fun. She has a little bag of dog treats at the ready and locals walk past with their dogs who are ready to accept her treats.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in Valencia. Die Unterkunft war sauber und genau wie beschrieben. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die zentrale Lage, der schöne Balkon und die unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Alles hat wunderbar gepasst – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Stylish apartment in the fashionable Russafa area

We hadden een geweldige tijd in het appartement van Raul en Maria. De ontvangst was zo hartelijk, we voelden ons onmiddellijk welkom. We mochten onze valiezen eerder inchecken, en doordat de volgende gasten later aankwamen, mochten we ze ook tot 16u30 laten staan. Dit nam veel stress weg en zo konden we nog langer genieten van ons verblijf in de stad. De buurt Ruzafa is geweldig. Het is er rustig, er zijn heel veel restaurants, en het is er minder toeristisch dan in het oude centrum. We konden niet geloven hoe rustig ontwaken het er was (stiller dan thuis, en wij wonen quasi op het platteland). Op loopafstand waren heerlijk ontbijtplekjes, een supermarkt, een geweldige fietsverhuur (Hola Renta Bike). Met de fiets ben je zo in het Turia Park, of kan je naar de kust fietsen. We namen ook eens de bus naar Albufera. Het oude centrum is op 10 à 15 min wandelen, beter kan niet. Het appartement is volledig ingericht met decoratie, planten, boeken, een platen, enz. Een echte aanrader!

Appartement très bien placé en plein centre à 2 pas de la place de la reine Appartement agréable et en très bon état Un peu bruyant surtout en ce qui concerne la chambre située dans le salon Pour autant nous y avons passé un agréable séjour malgré les circonstances dramatiques que rencontre la région de Valence actuellement. Nous adressons d ailleurs tout notre soutien aux habitants de la région au sein de laquelle vit notre fils.

Hemos pasado unas vacaciones en familia muy agradables. El alojamiento estaba muy bien equipado, tenía todo lo que necesitábamos, ya además en muy buen estado y muy limpio. Ha sido una experiencia de 5 estrellas! La anfitriona ha sido amable y ha estado pendiente de nosotros en todo momento! El entorno también nos ha gustado mucho, es una zona tranquila (eso era lo que buscábamos). Hemos hecho varias excursiones en familia y también hemos ido a conocer Valencia ciudad. En resumen todo ha estado genial, como para repetir sin dudas. Super recomendado!

Absolute perfect location. Only a few steps to Mercado square as well as most of old València. Flat was clean and comfortable and quite large…plenty of space for 4 adults. Could not figure out the moka pot so save our life so a coffee maker would have been nice, however, coffee is sold EVERYWHERE nearby. Great little bar right down the street (the Market). The Mercado was also awesome, bought a lot of food there but small inexpensive grocery store also nearby. Walked everywhere. Uber to airport was only €21. Would absolutely stay here again.

This is a great apartment for exploring Valencia - right by the metro and walkable to the beach. Really well set up apartment, and Gionata was the perfect host. Super helpful and friendly.

Hemos disfrutado de nuestra estancia en el piso. Estuvimos allí con mis padres que tienen más de 70 años y fue muy cómodo tener la playa a menos de 5min andando. La piscina maravillosa con poca gente. El apartamento tenía todo lo necesario, menos "trapos de cocina". Totalmente recomendable, volveremos con gusto.

Panoramic Views of Cullera Bay at a Sophisticated Villa

The terrace views are fantastic, the place is clean and the kitchen and the living room are very spacious. In the kitchen you will find a lot of useful appliances. The host is very quick to answer and helpful. You get a lot of useful tips before you arrive to the house. Be mindful that a walk to the beach is not an option until you are a fan of long distances, but the view overlooking the bay fully compensates it. The stairs in the house are quite steep so be aware of that when traveling with little kids. The only minus I can find in this house is the fact that after a few (4-5) people took a warm shower, the rest of us had to wait about an hour for hot water to arrive, but it was not very burdensome. Overall, highly recommended!
