Manuela is a great host, we received very clear instructions both regarding the apartment and how to get around the city. The apartment is bigger than in pictures and is very specious. Everything inside is new and very clean. The location is in peaceful area and the nebiroughood is good. The location is convinient and very well connected to the centre, it takes around 15min by bus. There is a lot of markets around. Manuella was very responsive at all times and she also gave us some recommendations regarding the events happening in town during our stay which was very nice. All together we had a lovely stay and I would definitly come back.

Super schoon appartement dichtbij de zee. Het complex heeft goede faciliteiten met een zwembad en een restaurant. In de buurt zijn veel leuke restaurantjes op loopafstand.

Wonderful apartment to stay for a family of 5. The terraces we're big with sea views, the apartment complex has tennis and basketball/soccer courts, and it's a 5 minute walk to the beach. Included parking was a nice perk when we stayed but in summer would be a must. The kitchen was well equipped for making meals, and a washing machine was helpful for when we came back from the beach sandy! Everything was clean, lots of space, and about a 30-40 min drive to Valencia. We loved it, and the fact that the apartment has tennis rackets and beach towels made packing easier.

Fuimos a pasar las Fallas y quedamos encantados. Primero con el piso porque superó nuestras expectativas. Es bastante más amplio y luminoso que lo que aparece en las fotos. Nos gustó que el piso tenía de todo. Valoramos mucho que nos facilitaron botes de litro de champú y gel en cada baño y nos dejaron papel higiénico en abundancia. Los colchones y almohadas son de buena calidad, por lo que descansamos bien. Además tiene balcón en el salón y habitación principal y se veía bastante trozo de calle cosa que apreciamos mucho. La finca tiene portero y los portales cuentan con cámara lo que da sensación de seguridad. La zona en sí es magnífica, tranquila, bien conectada pero con muchos servicios y tiendas y sin rastro de criminalidad o vandalismo. El anfitrión se portó de maravilla en todo, a resaltar que no sabíamos poner la calefacción y nos atendió en cuanto le llamamos. En resumen un lugar para volver y recomendar tanto por el piso en sí como por cómo son los anfitriones.

Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht. Es ist etwas auserhalb von Valencia aber mit dem Bus, Taxi oder Auto alles gut erreichbar. Der Strand ist sehr schön und die Strandpromenade. Mir hat es gut gefallen.

Estar en el departamento de 87 llaves fue una excelente experiencia. Alejandra fue la persona que nos recibió y fue más allá de lo esperado. El departamento es muy completo, tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia de una semana . Volveremos si se da la oportunidad Altamente recomendado

Perfect, peaceful location for hikes ! Martin communicates proactively! We were very happy with the tips we got! We had a small problem with the heating but Martin was very responsive and sent help very quickly. Would be happy to be back!

Appartement fidèle à la description., très cosy, jolie décoration et très bien équipé. On s’y sent bien ! Le quartier est au milieu d’immeubles mais avec une vie et rapidement des commerces et une vie de quartier. Accès à la voie verte et aux musées d Art moderne à deux pas. Deux bus au pied de l’immeuble pour accéder au centre ville même si en 40 minutes on y est à pieds en passant par la rue Colon et sa halle. Idem pour aller à la mer. Emplacement très pratique ! Merci pour tout, on a adoré notre séjour à Valence !

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad! We kwamen in de nacht aan en Maria stond klaar om ons te ontvangen met duidelijke instructies en daarnaast lag er drinken en wat lekkers klaar. Een fijn ontvangst! Het appartement is groter dan de foto’s doen vermoeden, het ontbreekt aan niks en er liggen genoeg handdoeken. Het balkon heeft uitzicht op zee en het strand ligt op loopafstand. De auto kon gratis onder het appartement staan. Het complex is schoon en rustig. Een perfecte plek om Valencia te ontdekken.

Amazing apartment in a quiet area. Marisa is very helpful and we can find everything we need. There is children play area just downstairs and we have all the equipments for play in the apartment like football, mini golf, padel, ping-pong, sands toys… perfect for family with kids. There is a garage with private parking place, only 15min drive to the city center. And supermarket and good breakfast shop in walking distance. Highly recommended!

Very easy walk to 2 main train stations, cathedral and restaurants. We even walked to the Arts & Sciences Complex from here. I would just mention that the apartment is on the second floor so there are 6 flights of stairs but not a problem for us.

Apartamento muy luminoso y agradable con todo lo necesario para no preocuparte de nada durante tu estancia más que disfrutarla, trato muy cercano de la propietaria y atenta

Abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento di Josè Antonio ed Eva e per noi è stato come essere a casa nostra. Tutto era molto pulito e attrezzato, dalla cucina al bagno!C’era il necessario e anche di più. Cosa molto gradita specialmente quando si arriva in aereo e con figli. La posizione, che avevamo ovviamente valutato in fase di scelta, è stata un’ulteriore conferma di praticità, sia che si volesse raggiungere il centro sia che si volesse andare in spiaggia. Praticamente si trova di fronte al divertentissimo (e gratuito) parco Gulliver ma anche alla Città delle Arti, delle Scienze, al planetario e all’acquario. Per il nostro soggiorno abbiamo scelto di muoverci esclusivamente in bici ed è stato perfetto. Si arriva agilmente anche al bel Bioparco, che sembrava la metà più lontana. José Antonio ed Eva sono stati come una famiglia per noi, hanno arricchito il nostro soggiorno con consigli e sono stati adorabilmente premurosi in particolare con nostra figlia di 4 anni. Super consigliato!

La casa es muy acogedora y cómoda, nos hemos sentido como en casa. La terraza y la piscina en la misma puerta estaba genial. Ideal para niños. El pueblo es tranquilo pero tiene todos los servicios necesarios.

The apartment is fully renovated, very clean and great location.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette maison parfaitement adaptée pour accueillir plusieurs personnes. La propreté était irréprochable et l’équipement au top : tout est pensé pour que l’on puisse cuisiner et profiter de soirées tranquilles à la maison. L’emplacement est idéal, avec tous les commerces (boulangerie, pharmacie, etc.) accessibles à pied, tout comme le métro situé à moins de trois minutes. Ce dernier dessert toute la ville, jusqu’à la plage, et permet même de rejoindre l’aéroport en une seule station. L’extérieur est super agréable, notamment pour les familles avec enfants. Mention spéciale pour la salle de cinéma, qui a fait son petit effet ! Seul petit bémol : l’horaire d’arrivée à 17h, un peu tardif. Mais à part ça, tout était parfait. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

The apartment was exactly as described and perfect for our needs, close to the beach and good for transport into the city. Maria was a brilliant host, easy to contact and helpful with recommendations.

als eerste complimenten voor Carlos en Mati! bizar hoe snel zij reageren via de chat! zij zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam en zeer respectvol! wij zijn al eerder bij een accomodatie geweest van Carlos en Mati en dat beviel ons zeker goed dat wij met vertrouwen deze konden boeken. dit keer een ander huis. de villa is ons goed bevallen alles is aanwezig wat men nodig heeft. omgeving rustig en alles dichtbij. de stad Valencia is goed bereikbaar en heeft leuke plekken om te wandelen, fietsen, shoppen, eten enzovoort. ik kan iedereen aanraden om bij Carlos en Mati een vakantie te boeken, en wij sluiten zeker een derde keer niet uit!

Superbe logement proche du centre de Valence équipée sur tout les points rien à redire. La maison rend 10 fois mieux qu’en photo la piscine impeccable la salle de sport est grande et équipée comme il le faut j’ai pu suivre mes entraînements malgré le fait que je soit en vacances on a passer une très bonne semaine sur Valence et le logement et l’une des ses raisons encore merci au deux hôtes qui ont été très accueillant et réactif au moindre problème. Encore merci aux hôtes pour l’accueil et ce séjour

Nos sorprendió la casa, situada en una villa junto a más casas con un espacio comunitario enorme con todo tipo de instalaciones, totalmente recomendable.

Muy atento siempre pendiente de cualquier novedad, amable, las instalaciones excelentes muy cómodo todo con buen espacio, tiene una zona de relajación muy bien equipada y en muy buena condiciones, recomendado siempre, un casa de lujo Volveré…

Vincenzo ha una casa molto accogliente e ben arredata. La sua posizione è ottima perché vicina alla città vecchia ma anche comoda per raggiungere il resto della città utilizzando i mezzi e la bicicletta. La casa era pulita e fornita di tutta il necessario anche per cucinare. Ci tornerei volentieri!
