Heerlijk appartement op een fijne locatie. Je loopt zo het oude centrum in of naar de Turia. De communicatie was heel prettig, net als het zelf inchecken. We komen hier zeker terug!!

Todo excelente , la atención del señor juan marcos es muy amable , el lugar queda en todo el centro, el dinero que retiene al otro día me fue devuelto, lo único yo le pondría un aire acondicionado de resto todo bien

The apartment is a perfect location for exploring Valencia, right in the centre of the old town and an abundance of restaurants and local sights to see on foot. The apartment is great for two people, the bed is comfortable and all you need for a few days stay. There was a slight damp smell in the bathroom, likely given that the building is old, and the water didn’t run warm after the first day. All in all a great spot and I would recommend, just some slight adjustments needed to the bathroom.

Excellent location. Everything you need to make the most of Valencia within walking distance, with plenty of options for food, drink, and entertainment. Recommend renting bikes, there is a reputable rental company very close to the apartment, with two wheels even more of Valencia is within your grasp - including the beach / El Cabanyal. Yes, as other reviews noted, there is a bit of noise (bells, buskers, other tourists), but this is the trade-off you make for being right in the very heart of the old city. In my opinion, it is a worthwhile trade-off!

Квартира потрясающая, оформленная в стиле лофт. Двухэтажные аппартаменты с террасой, где можно загорать на солнце. Интерьер продуман до мелочей, отличные ванные комнаты, удобная лестница для подъема на 2 этаж квартиры, есть паркинг, расположение идеальное! Единственный минус - это вторая комната, которой нет на фото. Точнее есть фото одной кровати. Это раздвижная кровать, которая превращается в двухэтажную кровать. Спать вдвоем не очень удобно, ощущение, будто едешь в поезде. Сама хозяйка очаровательная, дала инструкцию о лучших местах Валенсии, все показала и рассказала, пунктуально встретила

Fantastic stay in a lovely apartment, walking distance to the beach, and lots of lovely cafes and restaurants near by. Supermarkets close by as well. Easy public transport links into the city centre. The apartment is really well-equipped, and well-maintained. Communication with Olga was timely and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay in the studio apartment and had everything we needed. Great walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. The property was clean and exactly as described, we were lucky to have early check-in that really made a difference. Would def recommend staying.

El alojamiento estaba genial, para pasar unos dios es estupendo y cerca de paradas de bus y metro para desplazarse al centro!! La playa a menos de 5 minutos y cualquier establecimiento (súper, farmacia, bar...) cerquita El barrio es lo que menos me gustó la verdad

Cristian’s place was a peaceful and beautifully kept spot in Valencia. The home was spotless, thoughtfully furnished, and felt welcoming from the moment I arrived. Cristian was communicative and kind throughout my stay, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The neighborhood was calm and safe, with everything I needed within walking distance. I especially appreciated the little touches in the apartment that made it feel like a home away from home. I’d happily stay here again.

Departamento impecable, espacioso muy bien ubicado, cerca de lockers para dejar las maletas y llegar en la noche. Nos encantó.

Soggiorno top, perfetto per ragazzi/ragazze, ma anche per famiglie. La zona è vicina al centro e facile da raggiungere. Casa pulita e molto comoda. Lo consiglio!
