Deze kamer bevindt zich op de eerste verdieping en is ideaal voor stellen. De dubbele openslaande deuren komen uit op het balkon en uitzicht op de straat. De kamer is voorzien van een grote kledingkast, nachtkastjes die met de hand zijn gemaakt van de amandelbomen van de boerderij, en in de badkamer is het oppervlak van de wastafel gemaakt van cipressenhout dat is omgewaaid tijdens storm Gloria in 2018. Deze kamer is rolstoeltoegankelijk en is voorzien van brede deuren en gelijkvloerse douche, er is een lift om de eerste verdieping te bereiken.

Dörren till rummet är den gamla original dörren som vi har behållit men inuti är takhöjden mycket generös. Huset är centralt beläget i Cocentaina nära, Palacio Comtal och stora torget, Plaza Vener Escuder med Mercat Municipal. Där även de lokala marknaden är varje torsdag.

Se trata de un Pueblo pequeño, de unos 3.000 habitantes. Disponemos de Barbacoa. También de cocina, totalmente equipada y de la que se debe abonar una pequeña cantidad por su uso y por persona y dia.
