el apartamento es muy bonito con una terraza agradable. las camas son muy cómodas. y core una brisa maravillosa en todo el apartamento, no hizo falta poner el aire. aún que haya una cuesta para subir de la playa o del centro, las vistas preciosas merece la pena. volveré sin dudas

J’ai passé un bon séjour accès au logement facile, le logement et nickel propre la plage et propre à 5 minutes de l’appartement et la piscine et ouvert jusqu’à minuit,Enrique et au petit soin communication top de sa part je vous le recommande les yeux fermés.

Grand appartement, impeccable pour que nous ayons chacun notre chambre pour bien dormir avant le marathon de Valence. Rafael a toujours bien communiqué et a été accueillant.

We booked this apartment because it included underground parking, but be aware it is first-come first-served and not a reserved space. The car park was full when we arrived (and spaces are tight with cars being bigger nowadays) but luckily someone left after 20 minutes so we used that space and did not dare move the car again during our stay. Once we were parked, it was great and a relief. Yana checking us in and out was very communicative and helpful.

Apartament preciós i impecable. Té de tot, no hi falta detall. Molt ben equipat i acollidor. Millor que a les fotos. Vam poder aparcar gratis a davant. Molt a prop de parades de bus, va ser molt fàcil moure's per València. L'Illia va ser super amable, ens va enviar recomenacions i sempre ens va respondre al moment. El recomano al 100%.

Een mooi, licht en schoon appartement in Biar waar veel wandel en fietsmogelijkheden zijn. We hadden bij aankomst wat problemen met het openen van de deur, maar die werden direct opgelost. Geweldig verblijf in zeer ruim appartement.

Locatie was echt top. In een rustig gedeelte van Valencia. Met een uber of taxi zit je zo in alle mooie gedeeltes van Valencia. De ruimte is zoals beschreven netjes en de airco was een welkome voorziening in de hitte van de Spaanse zon! Enorm genoten en de host is super aardig en behulpzaam. Echt een aanrader

Hola Sophie, thanks so much for this lovely stay. we had a great time. we enjoyed especially the view from the terrace. it was nice to see the wide land around and the beautiful sunsets. thanks also for organising drinking water right away. this was very friendly and of course helpful. Un lugar tranquilo, muy acogedor y a parte estaba todo muy limpio y con todas las comodidades que necesitábamos. Muy contenta

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in de prachtige villa. Alles was bij aankomst heerlijk schoon en precies zoals op de foto's. De kinderen konden lekker voetballen en spelen naast het huis zonder dat ze rekening met buren hoefden te houden. Bij vragen reageerde David direct en was heel erg behulpzaam. Dit huis lijkt te mooi om waar te zijn, maar aan de beschrijving is niets gelogen. Mocht je twijfelen, dan zeg ik: absoluut boeken!

Estuvimos un fin de semana familiar en la Teuleria Anita cerca de Cocentaina como sorpresa de cumpleaños de mi padre y la verdad que fue un fin de semana perfecto. La casa en una ubicación inmejorable con vistas a todo el valle de Cocentaina, vistas al castillo y con muchos m2 de superficie. Casa grande, rústica, con todo lo necesario. Estufa de pellets, chimenea y otra de leña, así como varios calefactores eléctricos que nos mantuvieron la mar de bien. Ana súper atenta, nos recomendó varias actividades y zonas donde comer. Nos encantó. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo!!

Una estancia excelente, un lugar tranquilo y muy bonito, con muchas opciones si te gusta el senderismo y/o la bici de montaña. La casa tiene todas la comodidades necesarias, y una terracita excelente para disfrutar ratitos de sol. Carlos muy atento. Si repetimos en la zona volveremos sin duda, nos hemos sentido como en casa.

La casa si trova in una posizione ottima per muoversi per il centro di Valencia a piedi. Dista circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla piazza centrale. Fernando e suo fratello sono stati 2 host disponibili, flessibili e gentilissimi. La casa è ben fornita di ogni necessità, inoltre ci hanno fatto trovare a disposizione acqua, snack e caffè e tutto il necessario per la colazione. Consiglio a tutti un soggiorno presso di loro ma attenzione alla presenza delle molte scale presenti in casa.

Segundo año en el apartamento de Claudio y encantados!!! Todo lo encontramos igual o mejor, muy buena zona, piscina insuperable, playa cerca y apartamento limpio y con todo lo necesario y con Mady como siempre súper servicial y un encanto, nos seguiremos viendo!!

El apartamento estaba súper limpio y tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar. La atención del propietario fue muy buena. El único pero quizás sea su ubicación pero podríamos repetir perfectamente.

This place was everything and more The check in was amazing with their friend greeting us and showing us around. The apartment was very well furnished and very clean. The hosts were easily contactable. The apartment made the trip will book again.

Sehr komfortable Wohnung für 8 Leute. Wenn 2 Leute auf der Couch schlafen wollen, könnten auch kurzzeitig 10 dort üernachten. 2 Toiletten und Badezimmer. Grill und Waschmaschine vorhanden. Dazu die exzellente Lage: Meerblick, aber es sind weniger als 5 Minuten von Wohnungstür bis zum Meer, und das auch nur, weil der Strand so groß ist. Die 12 Etage ermöglicht einen Traumhaften Blick, wir sind meistens die Treppen gelaufen, war kein Problem. Dazu Gandi: Perfekt gepflegter Strand, überall Restaurants mit angemessenen Preisen, die Altstadt ist ebenfalls schön und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ausreichend (Auto ist dennoch für längere Strecken empfehlenswert).

Inmejorable el apartamento, impecable en todos los aspectos, con todo lo necesario, super cómodo y muy muy limpio. Recomendable al 100%

Had a wonderful experience staying at this place! Everything was as described so no surprises there. I loved that everything was clean, had extra towels, did not find dust anywhere, and most of all, every appliance worked, including hot water, heater, windows/doors, etc. Well lit entrance and easy to find. The host was superb!! He went above and beyond, very responsive, helpful and very pleasant person. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Beautiful spacious apartment with massive tarace with view on the beach and the sea. We were very warmly welcomed and we even got oranges from Cristina's garden. We loved every minute of the stay at Cristina's beautiful apartment.

I hardly know where to start…it felt like an absolute privilege to stay in this lovingly restored turn of the century building. Every detail was thought through and it felt like walking into a film set but at the same time sooo comfortable. The indoor courtyard is an added plus, a refuge away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The el-Cabanyal area is quirky and fun and close to the beach. Lorena was friendly and gave us some great tips which added to our enjoyment of the area. If I could give ten stars i would.
