Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

Non dovrai condividere nulla con il altri ospiti poiché é stata nostra cura organizzare tutto in maniera che ognuno abbia i propri spazi e tutto sia separato. All'esterno c’é un barbecue, tavolo con sedie e le sdraio. Nelle vicinanze Pienza, San Quirico d'Orcia, Bagno Vignoni, Montalcino e Bagni San Filippo. Per raggiungerci 1,5 km di strada sterrata!

La casa è nella piazza più antica di Orvieto, San Giovenale con la stupenda chiesa romanica del XI secolo. Una Loggetta con vista mozzafiato sulla valle del paglia da dove scopre l'Amiata , il Monte Cetona ed il Monte Peglia. Arredata con mobili su misura realizzati da maestri falegnami orvietani, i soffitti in legno al primo piano ed il cotto fatto a mano del pavimento ne fanno un alloggio pieno di fascino in cui trascorrere un meraviglioso soggiorno ad Orvieto. Apartment and panoramic garden in Civita

We offer accommodation in one of the oldest buildings of Civita, a XVI century building constructed on a former Middle Age tower. The apartment is on the ground floor of Palazzo Contino, former Palazzo Pinzi, with a terraced garden with a breathtaking view on the Calanchi valley and a beautiful garden full of plants and fruits. From the garden you can enjoy beautiful sun rises. The garden is a proper oasis compared to the rest of the village which during the day can sometimes quite crowded.
