Chalet in legno e pietra su tre piani direttamente sulla pista da sci del comprensorio sciistico di Bosco Gurin. Raggiungibile solamente a piedi con racchette, pelli o con seggiovia a pagamento che parte dal comodo posteggio che trovate in paese a Bosco Gurin. Previo accordo possibilità di trasporto privato a pagamento. Il chalet regala una vista mozzafiato sulle cime delle montagne circostanti. Dotato di cucina attrezzata, stufa a legna in pietra, bagno con doccia, connessione internet, tv.

Immerso nella natura in zona tranquilla e soleggiata il grazioso rustico Cansgei si dispone su tre piani. Al pian terreno piccolo atrio d'entrata, camera matrimoniale e cantina. Al primo piano cucina aperta, soggiorno con camino e bagno con doccia. Accesso a ampia terrazza con grill e divano lounge. Al secondo piano camera con 4 letti singoli raggiungibile tramite scala esterna. Posteggio privato a circa 30m dalla casa. Dotato di diversi comfort quali wifi + TV, lavatrice e lavastoviglie.

Minimo un adulto di 27 anni. Ci sono 3 case (totale 15/17 letti.)in gennaio la temperatura in casa è di max 16 gradi Lenzuola e asciugamani 25.-chfr per persona. prenotazioni inferiori ad una settimana sono accettate solo nel mese precedente alla data della vacanza. Wir vermieten unsere liebevoll eingerichtete Berghütte im Maggiatal, Kanton Tessin. Das 1866 erbaute Rustico wurde 2021 vollständig renoviert und liegt auf dem Berg Arnau, oberhalb des Dorfes Giumaglio, auf 1000 m Höhe. Die Hütte ist nur zu Fuß erreichbar und erfordert eine zweistündige Wanderung bergauf. Sie bietet alles für einen gemütlichen und erholsamen Aufenthalt. Wir freuen uns auf Ihren Besuch. Cà Lüina, a historic, spacious rustico, is located in the heart of Boschetto, a listed hamlet above Cevio in the Maggia Valley. The 300-year-old house underwent extensive restoration between 2021 and 2024 with the aim of preserving its character. During the renovation, which was carried out by local craftsmen, great importance was attached to the use of natural materials. The house is very well equipped with a luxurious kitchen, a modern bathroom and a great garden.
