The apartment is on the second floor (no lift access) of an early 20th century listed building and has high ceilings and a traditional Maltese timber balcony. The space consists of a fitted kitchen equipped with all appliances, a large master bedroom, spacious living and dining areas, and a bathroom with walk in shower.

The Grand Harbour Vista is a bright and airy apartment that frames a breath-taking view, on Malta's capital Valletta and one of the most historically significant harbours in the Mediterranean. Located very centrally in Senglea (Isla), one of the “3 Cities”, this 100 m2 apartment has two bedrooms with ensuite, each with either queen sized or two single beds. Just 1 minute from Lower Barrakka, the Mediterranean Conference Centre, The Malta Experience, and Fort St. Elmo. A bus stop is opposite the alley’s exit, and a ferry to Gozo and the 3 Cities is within walking distance. Only 5 minutes from bars, restaurants, and shops, making it a perfect base for exploring.

This suite is located in Malta's most exclusive and picturesque street, Saint Barbara Bastion. Facing the Grand Harbour with full sea views from the living room as well as the upstairs bedroom (this is a duplex with two floors, bedroom on top, living room and small kitchenette downstairs), situated exactly between the Lower Barakka and the Upper Barakka Gardens, with the beautiful site of cruise liners and luxury yachts coming in and out right in front of you in the Grand Harbour.

My refurbished seafront first floor apartment facing the historical town of Senglea is situated in the victorious city of Birgu (Vittoriosa). Right into the spectacular Birgu's harbour creek this apartment enjoys 180 degrees unobstructed breath taking views. Valletta (World Heritage by Unesco) the capital city of Malta which has been also chosen as the City of Culture 2018 is reachable in only 15 minutes by ferry from my apartment. Ferry berths a few metres away from my place.

The property is located on the third floor and comprises a spacious kitchen/living/dining area, one double bedroom, a shower room and a large ‘Gallarija Maltija’ (Maltese balcony) on Merchants Street.
