Ho trascorso una settimana in compagnia di amici nella struttura di Patrizia. L’immobile è immerso nelle colline e nel verde, in posizione abbastanza comoda per visitare la vicina Umbria e i magnifici Borghi aretini/senesi. Il soggiorno è stato magnifico: la pace, la tranquillità e la bellezza del contesto hanno reso questa esperienza unica. Posto ideale per chi cerca relax, lontano dal frenetico incedere della vita di città.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Nocino! The place is stunning, peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We stayed with our dog—the fenced yard was ideal for him to run freely and safely. The villa is beautifully located in the hills with a breathtaking view of Todi, and it’s close by car to all the lovely Umbrian villages. Floriana is a wonderful host—warm, welcoming, and always helpful. We also loved the local wine and especially the delicious olive oil “the green gold.” Of course, we brought some home! 😊 All of Casali del Moraiolo, managed by Floriana are highly recommended. We’ll definitely be back!

Prachtige locatie met uitzicht over de vallei en de historische binnenstad van Gubbio. Echt een aanrader!

Nice apartment that we used for a short Tuscany trip. With car you can easily reach Pisa, Firenze, Arezzo, Siena and more. Good restaurants can be reached in 15mins and supermarket in 10mins. Happy to be there.

L’alloggio “il Cottage“ è un delizioso appartamentino di due camere che si trova proprio accanto alla fortezza (che lo rende ancora più suggestivo). Francesca e Aliek ci hanno accolti con gentilezza e professionalità, facendoci sentire come a casa nostra. Tutta la loro famiglia è stata molto carina e disponibile, inclusi cani, gatti e asinelli che sono stati per noi una compagnia inaspettata e molto gradevole. La fortezza si trova in un’area molto tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo vicino alle maggiori attrazioni turistiche dell’Umbria facilmente raggiungibili in auto, al massimo in un paio d’ore. Assolutamente consigliato sia per coppie che per famiglie, o semplicemente per persone che amano la tranquillità e la bellezza .

Abbiamo alloggiato solo una notte con dei nostri amici.Accoglienza e disponibilità unica.Tutto pulitissimo.Abbiamo acceso il camino e ci siamo sentiti a casa.Consigliatissimo

Noi e il nostro cane ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il posto è incantevole con una vista mozzafiato. Paola è molto cortese, presente e disponibile. Ci ha permesso di andare oltre l'orario di check out, senza un limite di tempo.

Wat een heerlijke plek! We hebben een heel fijne week gehad. Het zwembad (al was het nog erg koud in april) het terras en het uitzicht zijn perfect en erg prive. Paolo en familie zijn zeer gastvrij en doen er alles aan om je een prettig verblijf te laten hebben. Een aanrader!

Truly an amazing spot for a family vacation. An easy drive from FCO, the area is totally stunning. Gabriele was the most fantastic host, treating us like old friends. His recommendations, assistance in making reservations, and just general approach made this an enjoyable and hassle free experience. He even chopped wood for us for the evening. The house is secluded, with great nature walks starting from the property. Everything in the house was in fantastic shape, with everything we needed to enjoy it stay. A great small kitchen for cooking meals, nice bathrooms, comfy bedrooms and living room. It was exactly what we were looking for in our family getaway. I strongly recommend Gabrielle’s house for a fabulous Italian family trip.

Excellent house, great location, very private only 10 minuten from Macerata and the highway to the coast. Great views, squirrels jumping from tree to tree. And my absolute favourite: the outdoor shower !

Un'esperienza perfetta sotto ogni aspetto! La struttura era incantevole, una location straordinaria, circondata da paesaggi mozzafiato e dalla tranquillità della natura. Gli ambienti erano curati nei minimi dettagli, puliti e accoglienti, offrendo tutto il necessario per un soggiorno rilassante. L'host è stato estremamente disponibile e cordiale, garantendo un'ospitalità impeccabile. Consiglio vivamente questo posto a chiunque desideri una fuga rigenerante lontano dal caos

We enjoyed a lovely week at Daniela’s country house. We were a family group of 3 couples and there was lots of space to spread out with many comfortable sitting areas. It was hot so the pool was used a lot. The town is walkable and we enjoyed going out for drinks and a meal a few times but equally enjoyed cooking at the house and eating on the terrace. A car is recommended as buses are tricky and the train station 22 mins drive away. There are lots of interesting places to visit in the area as well. Thank you Daniela for hosting us!

Quiet, tranquil place, clean apartment with everything working as intended. Beautiful garden and surroundings. Easy trip to town even with public transport, < 10 min walk for a train. The host was very accommodating both regarding arrival and departure. Very nice and helpful.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay! The place is exactly as described — actually even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The surrounding nature is stunning, the bed was very comfortable, and the house had everything we needed. We even managed to enjoy a nice barbecue! I truly couldn’t recommend this place more — it’s absolutely magical. Check-in was super smooth, and the host was perfect: not intrusive or anxious at all (which has happened to me before elsewhere). Everything went perfectly. Thank you so much!

Maya is a responsive and gracious host. The house is beautiful and as seen in the photos (maybe better than the photos). The backdrop of the beautiful hills populated with olive trees and the occasional house are further enhanced with view of the communes nestle on the top of the hills. Maya suggested places to shop and eat. We enjoyed a trip into Salisano and its lovely deli and also our meal at Osteria del Corso. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life we would recommend a stay at Maya's house watching beautiful butterflies fluttering around the lavender, swallows dancing in the sky whilst floating in the wonderful pool! A car is a must and we would not recommend for those with mobility issues.

Abbiamo trascorso un fine settimana meraviglioso in questo appartamento. La tranquillità e la privacy del luogo sono impagabili, sia all'interno che negli spazi esterni si respira una totale serenità. L'appartamento era impeccabilmente pulito e abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato il letto, incredibilmente comodo! Viaggiando con nostro figlio di quasi 3 anni, trovare un ambiente dove potersi davvero rilassare non è scontato, e qui ci siamo riusciti pienamente. Consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque cerchi un rifugio di pace e comfort.

We have visited Alessandro’s place as a group of 6 adults and 3 kids!! Place was very spacious and had a great outdoors seating space as well as ‘games’ room with ping pong table. Pool was great size good for swimming and entertainment. Villa surrounded by great views and it’s up in the heals so therefore much cooler which was amazing during the extreme heat in Italy. Alessandro thank you sooo much for fantastic time!! We will be back ❤️

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Gustavo hat uns mit Informationen zu Veranstaltungen und Sehenswürdigkeiten tolle Hinweise zur Gestaltung unseres Urlaubes gegeben. Wir haben unsere beiden Gastgeber als sehr hilfsbereite und unterstützend erlebt. Bei unserer Ankunft war alles so wie im Angebot beschrieben. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert. Das Podere liegt zauberhaft in die Hügellandschaft eingebettet, unsere Unterkunft war nur 10 Schritte vom sehr sauberen, täglich gereinigten Pool entfernt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden durch unsere Gastgeber mehrfach gewechselt. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sehr stilvoll und authentisch gestaltet. Die ruhige Alleinlage ist uns sehr in unserem Bedürfnis nach Erholung entgegen gekommen. Die Stadt Tolentino mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Die Region der Marken ist ein äußerst interessantes Urlaubsgebiet, das inbesondere durch seine reizvolle und abwechlungsreiche Landschaft, seine sehr freundlichen Bewohner und mit viel Kultur und Freizeitaktivitäten beeindrucken kann. Die traditionelle Küche der Marken konnten wir auf den vielen Festen in den umliegenden Dörfern und Städten genießen. Unser Urlaub war ein voller Erfolg, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, da in 14 Tagen diese großartige Region nicht entdeckt werden konnte.

Wir waren eine Woche dort und sind sehr happy gewesen. Wir wollten nach einem familiären Schicksalsschlag flüchten und fanden genau das, was wir suchten. Ruhe, Natur, Erholung und sehr liebevolle Vermieter. Eine wahre Oase inmitten der Natur, und die Sonnenuntergänge haben uns schwer beeindruckt. Wir wurden super freundlich empfangen und was auch immer unser Anliegen war, jederzeit wurde uns sofort geholfen. Der Pool ist phänomenal und auch im September noch warm genug zum Schwimmen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!!!

alloggio di Cristina piacevole e ideale per trascorrere un weekend tra amici o in famiglia. appartiene a un complesso abitativo con 3 unità indipendenti ma comunicanti (giardini suddivisi solo da una piccola staccionata). I padroni di casa gentili e disponibili che hanno alloggiato nella terza unità abitativa del complesso. La casa molto carina e dotata di tanti confort, ma le due stanze al piano di sopra non sono servite da bagni e la scala é un pò ripida (come si vede in foto). Da segnalare che al secondo bagno si accede solo dalla stanza singola.
