Welcome, I have just over 20 acres of land, mostly wooded. This has now become an active family farm that requires land and livestock maintenance on a daily, you may hear a bit of noise during daylight hours, unless it’s a holiday weekend when my kids visit, those weekends can get a lot louder. I have been trying to keep my kids quiet for nearly 38 years…..if you’re a parent, you understand. Ha. It’s beautiful here, and your comfort is top priority. Beautiful sunsets and the sounds of nature.

Under ten miles to the entrance to gorgeous Fall Creek Falls State Park. Also close to other parks. Private yard with creek and firepit. Upstairs has a ladder to a loft with two twin beds and twin bunks. Baby gate at top of ladder. Downstairs features queen bed and private bath with walk-in shower. Plenty of space inside and out.
