Guest who is booking the reservation must be 26 years or older. There is a fee of $100/night per person for any guest over 7 in total up to a maximum of 9 guests. Welcome to our just renovated single family pool home in the heart of historic Bonita Springs. Less than 5 miles to the beaches. You can walk to coffee shops, parks, restaurants and all sorts of markets, etc. The living area extends outside in the huge screened lanai where we have a new outdoor sectional sofa. The pool is large and heated. A very upgraded kitchen with new soft close cabinets, quartzite counter tops & brand new appliances. It's a comfortable open concept design.
