This place is simply amazing! I have to admit that I am always skeptical of if a place truly is within a good walking distance of beaches/restaurants/etc. but this place ABSOLUTELY IS! The whole trip our group of 4 couldn’t believe that we got so lucky with a great place incredibly close to the beach and restaurants! We definitely hit the lucky lottery with this gem of a airbnb find!! We’re already talking about when to come back and will definitely be rebooking! We didn’t need anything from Courtney, our host, but she made sure to check in multiple times and see if we did! Super friendly and informative and the place was perfectly stocked with beach amenities! Thanks for a fabulous stay!

Mike and Wendy clearly are experienced hosts. Given the Island is still recovering and many rentals are still unable to open, I was happy to find a spot. I regularly solo travel to AMI and this spot was perfect for me: location; easy parking; plenty of well thought out amenities conducive to travelling light. Note on current AMI conditions: there is still a lot of construction going on, but not so much that it is a hinderance to relaxing on the beach, but be sure to arrive with patience and understanding.

This place did not disappoint my husband and I. The unit was newly remodeled and so well done, organized and attentions to details for guest conveniences. We loved it !

Our apartment was very clean, sheet as well. The kitchen had everything what you need, there were plenty of towels in the apartment and beach supplies were helpful. The contact with the landlord was very good, he was nice and answered quickly, Is also access to a new washer and dryer. The only minus was the mess in the garden and old junks that were everywhere, as well as the neglected greenery. 9/10

Wirklich ein tolles Apartment, indem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Alles war sehr sauber und es ist wirklich nur ein kurzer Weg über die Straße bis zum Strand. Debra war sehr hilfsbereit bei dem Checkout. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

My husband and I came into town needing a last-minute reservation. Many of the rentals on the island were already booked, so we felt very fortunate to find this one available for the week. Lynda responded to our inquiry almost immediately and made sure we had all the check-in details as soon as our reservation was confirmed. She was a gracious and responsive host, answering all of our questions throughout our stay. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and there was plenty to do on the island during our visit. This was our first trip to AMI, but it definitely won’t be our last—and we’re so glad we found Lynda’s place for our stay.

Everything that David described was up to expectations. The location was perfect near everything we wanted to do and lots of great restaurants. The only down side was the small shower, but it was clean. The beach access was a plus. We felt like we had this place to ourselves, we were able to have the pool to ourselves on 2 separate occasions. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and the excursions we planned for. The grill was a nice touch although we didn’t notice it till our last day. So if you plan to stay here, here’s a little heads up!! We give this place a 5 star rating overall and will plan to stay here again in the future.

We had an excellent stay here. The location was excellent as it was right on the Gulf. Our family loved the screened-in lanai. The lanai is right off the master bedroom, so we would open the slider and listen to the waves as we fell asleep. Beach was beautiful and just steps away. Cindy was very kind and messaged me during our stay to see if we needed anything. The condo was spacious, and there was lots of room for storage. Condo has great location- less than 4 miles to Publix and close to restaurants/shopping at St Armands Circle. We would love to stay here again in the future and definitely recommend!!

we had a wonderful time at Robert's place. Everything was as described. the island is a perfect getaway for anyone that wants to go on an adventure and get away from the hustle and bustle. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook, it was perfect! Everything was well thought of in this home. On a side note, golf carts need to be booked months in advance and are pretty pricey and we hoped to walk around the island but we're told upon checkin that was not allowed. we could only go to the beach and back to the property. You could walk along the beach though.

Sheryl’s responsiveness and care for us was unmatched. We had an issue with the property that she resolved immediately and even called me personally to make sure my friends and I were taken care of. Great location and outstanding customer service.

Betty is an excellent host. Clean and spacious for a studio! Loved the pool. Close to Siesta Beach and nice restaurants. We will definitely come to rest and relax at this peaceful Airbnb. Thank you

We had the most wonderful 5 days here. House and pool were amazing. Heated outdoor shower was great for after the beach. Beach is less than a 5minute walk away. We walked there several times at sunset and got beautiful photos. restaurants and shopping near by. we will definitely be back!

I can’t say enough about this place. It fit our needs perfectly! The house was very spacious and more beautiful than the pictures. The location is stunning with easy walk to the beach, bay, pier, shops and restaurants. Adam is a top notch host and made us feel welcome. We frequently vacation this area and look forward to our return.

Great location, guests can walk to the beach, a small store, ice cream, tackle shop, surf shop and two restaurants, avoiding having to drive people places. Online description does not detail how nice the exterior and yard are, there’s outdoor seating areas, a fire pit and 2 hammocks. Lots of room inside and outside the property.

I chose Anton’s property to provide short travel for four of us on a great Florida island for my 78th birthday. The three bedrooms and two full baths were perfect for our privacy needs. Having garage parking for one of our cars was very convenient. The home was not disappointing in any way. The large living room and seating was very comfortable. One issue that we conquered quickly was the lack of a streaming service connection since we all had a series that we were watching at home. When we arrived home after early dinners out, we found that we were sitting in the living room and talking to each other face-to-face and discussing ranges of interesting topics until late in the evenings. Everything was as described, location is perfect right across Siesta Beach. Restaurants / shops were a short drive away, which was preferable for us traveling with a 5 & 8 year old (did not want to be in middle of chaos). Condo is modern, had everything we needed (including beach toys for kids which was not really expected). Instructions were spot on, did not reach out to Geoff until 2nd to last day of our stay and when I did I got a response back in minutes. Would definitely recommend this rental, it was our first time to Siesta Key, we fell in love with place and plan to be back soon. Geoff was a gracious host, you could tell he wants guests to feel at home & has done a great job accomplishing that

The location - right on the beach - is superb. Great covered porch looking right out on the beach. The unit has some of the things to help spend a day on the beach - chairs, umbrella, etc. the kitchen is small but entirely sufficient and well stocked with kitchen/dining things. Comfortable bed. Plenty of closet and drawer space. Really enjoyed my stay at the unit and in Englewood.

Had a great stay. I sure wish I could have stayed a few more days. I would definitely stay here again.

This place was wonderful, Peaceful,quiet,private beach , everything described in listing. I would definitely stay here again! The view was picture perfect! Location was everything you would want .

William was a great host and his home had everything we needed for our stay. The distance to the bay and private beach were both perfect and we even got to see a few dolphins in the bay in the morning! We will definitely be back!

Donald was very responsive a d helpful. The place has a great view and is right on the beach. The unit was immaculate and comfortable with all the amenities needed for a week’s stay. It even has a storage unit with a cart to bring the chairs, umbrellas and other beach toys that he provided for our use. There are several restaurants within walking distance and a few right on the beach. We went parasailing and it is also within walking distance to their dock. It was a fabulous week in paradise.

Me and my boyfriend spent our anniversary here and it was an absolute blast !! 😊 Heidi is the kindest, sweetest soul ever. She made us feel very welcome and was very up to date and was very communicative. The condo was amazing and the beach was beautiful. We loved how peaceful and private it was ! A lot of accommodations were provided and that was veryyyy helpful and stress free !! Everything was super close , beach , stores , town. Will definitely come back for another perfect trip . 🥹♥️

We loved the condo! My favorite part was the screened in porch with very comfortable seating, view of the ocean, and a table for card games with grandkids. I would like to definitely rent again when we visit that beautiful area in the future.
