Villa dell'Ulivo con giardino

Una deliziosa casa in pietra comoda, elegante, autentica, immersa nel silenzio verde degli ulivi, con un giardino privato che dà su una bellissima valle. Vista da togliere il fiato! 6 chilometri da Borgomaro, 20 chilometri da Imperia. Passeggiate in montagna, ma per chi vuole anche una giornata al mare, e poi il ritorno nella tranquillità e nel fresco della collina (500 metri di altezza). Cucina ligure in ambienti familiari ma di alto livello a pochi minuti di distanza.

Mooie landelijke woning met zwembad 8 pers.

Comfortable en goed uitgerust landhuis voor vakantiegangers op zoek naar rust. Geen buren in de onmiddellijke nabijheid. Zonovergoten met zwembad voor verfrissing. Veel vakantiegenoegen in de omgeving waarover wij u graag uitgebreid inlichten . de ideale plek voor koppels, gezinnen of vrienden samen op reis. Internet via mobiele data goed beschikbaar. (Wifi doet het soms wel, soms niet desondanks dat het huis prima is uitgerust voor ontvangst)

IT008031C2MO35XB65 Goditi il relax offerto da questa casa dallo stile moderno e lineare ma arricchita da complementi d’arredo vintage. La casa è inserita in un contesto naturale, gli spazi esterni sono gestiti da una piccola azienda agricola, la coltivazioni presenti sono olivo, vite e arance amare. Nel periodo invernale la stufa a pellet ha bisogno di pulizie e ricariche. Verranno concordati con l'ospite i momenti in cui accedere alla stufa.
