Trefronick farm, Carriage house

Carriage House is a spacious property in the middle of a working farm. Separate kitchen and sitting area with private garden and use of a field. Trefronick Farm has a beef herd and sheep flock and we have a dairy farm next door milking channel island cows. 5 miles from nearest beach (Perranporth) & 5 miles from Truro. It is very close to the A30 making Penzance in the west, and the Eden Project to the East both just over 30 minutes. A well behaved dog is welcome.

Church House house near Perranporth

Beautiful restored church house. An old converted Sunday school to the neighbouring church, with a large open plan kitchen, living and dining areas upstairs which was formally the old schoolroom and 3 bedrooms downstairs. The house is located on a quiet country lane. And is easily accessible to a multitude beautiful beaches. Upon arrival we have a welcome pack full of local spots, best beaches, our favourite restaurants, health and wellness and surf breaks.

Tretawny is a unique traditional Cornish ‘Chocolate Box’ family and dog-friendly semi-detached thatched cottage, perfectly located in the cute village of Bolingey. Short walk to Perranporth’s surf beach and 50m to the local Bolingey Inn. The cottage, with its original features and country-chic décor, is a warm and peaceful retreat.
