Stayed here for the weekend with my sisters and we loved it! Perfect location and clear instructions. The house is spacious and it’s nice that it’s a separate private area. Loved the pool and hot tub as well!

Just like the pictures, clean and comfortable. In a great location where you can walk to the beach, restaurants, even the grocery store. The hosts were extremely communicative and flexible. Highly recommend!

Un séjour magnifique dans les montagnes!!! La maison était cozy et bien décorée, et nous avons pu profiter de la cour de la piscine à tous les jours. Emma et sa famille étaient vraiment charmants, gentils et discrets; nous avions toute notre intimité. Si vous aimez les randonnées, il y en a une multitude dans les alentours à moins de 15 minutes de voiture. Nous visiterons à nouveau, c’est certain :)

Michael and Laura were fabulous hosts. Before I checked in, they sent me a message asking about my favorite drink -- so that they could have it waiting for me! I felt like I arrived to a secret garden, with a darling welcome sign at the front door. The entrance feels fully private and the area is so quiet. The space is thoughtfully stocked, with everything I needed for cooking, showering, sleeping, relaxing. Michael checked in to see that I had everything I needed and was quick to respond when I texted about best walkable grocery stores or scenic walks. They are a perfect combination of warm and attentive, while also respecting privacy. This is my favorite Airbnb I've ever stayed. And I hope to come back again! Seriously cannot thank them enough for a wonderful time and for sharing their incredible space with me! Hugs to you both -- fabulous job!

We had a fantastic stay at Randy's place! The home was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed — from beach towels and sunscreen to a cozy gas fireplace, which was perfect since it was pretty chilly in LA during our visit. The shared outdoor area was a great bonus; we used the barbecue and often relaxed there as a family, soaking up the sun. The location is ideal — within walking distance to the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. It’s a quiet neighborhood, and having our own private parking made everything even more convenient. I’d go back to Randy’s place any day!

The guest house was cosy and very clean. It was walking distance to our family who we were in town to visit. Our hosts were friendly, accommodating and made wonderful baked goods. We had a great visit!

Jayes and his family are the best hosts. They have become an extended family being at their place every couple of months for the past two years when visiting my children in Simi Valley is a blessing and joy. Thank you for everything 🌸🤍

This was our second time staying here, and it was absolutely perfect. We love the peaceful setting and especially enjoyed the beautiful outdoor space and furniture. Loved walking to coffee in the morning and going for walks in the neighborhood. All around great place to stay!

All I can say is Wow!! The house was stunning and in a beautiful location. You could see the ocean from the balcony and was tucked up in the canyon which was so peaceful and quiet. The space was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. There were plenty of spices, coffee, tea, creamers and condiments to utilize. I appreciated that she also had extra toiletries in the bathroom like q-tips, cotton balls, sunscreen, aloe vera gel (which came in handy for my sunburn!) It was only a 4min drive to the beach from her house and about 5-10mins to a variety of shops/restaurants depending which direction you go on the highway. Overall, I’d def recommend this place to future travelers. It’s comfy, cozy, quiet and perfect for some rest and relaxation. I’ll def be back!

We had a great stay at Kelli's place. It's a quaint home just blocks away from El Segundo - a small downtown area with locally owned, eclectic cafés and stores. Minutes away from the beach. Really nice location. The space was quiet and very comfortable. We felt right at home. And, Kelli was super helpful and responsive.

It was such a relief to find Ed’s amazing spot last minute after having to leave an unsuitable air bnb I had booked much earlier. Ed was super responsive and friendly, let me use the laundry, and even accommodated an extra night stay. The place itself is actually very big, lots of fun tv, and is in an amazing neighbourhood. I will totes be back and highly recommend :)

Mary's place is one of the best Airbnb's we have stayed in. In addition to having lovely indoor and outdoor spaces that look just like the photos, the beds are very comfortable, and the linens are good quality.

We had the pleasure of staying two nights in Sam's beautiful and cozy home, where she greeted us right at the entrance. Sam communicated how to check in and to answer any questions we had. The home was very peaceful and inviting for any guests looking for a comfortable stay. We would love to stay here again! ☺️🤗

Hands down the best airbnb I've stayed at. So clean and comfortable. Furniture, finishes, everything was beyond what I'd expected in a rental. It was like staying at my very fashionable and hospitable friend's house. I'd love to visit again!

The host Linda was very responsive. We were evacuated due to the Palisades and other wild fires, and we were very disappointed! But Linda called in the middle of the night telling us we had to leave. Power went out eventually in the unit and we returned quickly to retrieve all of our belongings. We were able to go and stay with friends we were supposed to be visiting. Since the situation was so terrible, we arranged to leave early for our second destination and Linda was very gracious about refunding our early departure and Airb&b was very helpful and refunded our entire stay. Hopefully, when we return for our son’s wedding in May we will have the full experience!

We enjoyed this one room guest house! It was beautiful and comfortable and the view was stunning.

This is my third stay with Travis and Audra. They are very nice and friendly and respectful. Great experience.

Had a lovely three week stay stay at Alice and Eric's lovely guesthouse / cottage in Topanga! Very quiet and peaceful setting, guesthouse was private and spacious with everything you need, and I really enjoyed reading and hanging out on the patio and in the garden area on sunny days. So many great hiking trails nearby and it's only a 5-7 minute drive into Topanga Village or an easy 10-12 minutes into Calabasas and Woodland Hills where there are plenty of great grocery stores and restaurants. Wonderful calm and serene alternative place for a short or long stay compared to the many overly busy, crowded areas of greater Los Angeles. Highly recommend! Thanks Eric and Alice for being such great hosts!

Elaine and Max’s was a perfect play to stay. They let us check-in early as our flight landed at noon and we wanted to put our bags down so we could go explore. Elaine made sure to introduce herself in person which was really nice. A fuse went out and Elaine was quick to respond and Max quickly put it back on. Overall, was a great place to stay would recommend it to anyone needing a spot in this area.

Stacee was kind and responsive. My fiance and I enjoyed the nice AC and sound machine in the studio. The cabinets were nice and clean, full of complimentary snacks and food, the fridge was stocked with plenty of drinking water, and there were clean dishes to use readily available. The area is pleasant, the local peacocks are the only noisy thing I found about the whole neighborhood, and even they were not too noisy at all. The views of the hills is gorgeous even just from the driveway. The drive along nearby box canyon provides wonderful sights to see along the way over to nearby Simi Valley. The residents of the main building on the property were kind and friendly. The complimentary items were a lifesaver, I cut my foot at the beach while out and was able to clean it at the airbnb and apply treatment to it with the items available in the cabinet. Checkout was easy. The entire stay was pleasant and I would be more than happy to choose to stay at Stacee's Airbnb again.

I needed a clean and safe location to stay while visiting my family in LA and this property did not disappoint! When I arrived, Zeev met me outside and personally showed me around, even carrying my heavy suitcase inside! He and his wife were lovely and responsive to any request I had. The bed was so comfortable and I was impressed with all of the closet space! There were lovely spots to sit outside and relax by the pool. Finally the location had street parking in front, and was centrally located close to restaurants and stores. I highly recommend Zeev’s property!
