Welcome to your Cozy and Comfy Beach Retreat! This 450 sq ft, 3 room, private entry space is a quick 2 block walk to Oxnard Shores Beach - far from the crowds! A perfect place to watch the sun set behind the Channel Islands! It's conveniently located between Ventura and Oxnard. Channel Islands Harbor, Ventura Harbor Village, Silver Strand, Hollywood Beach, Ventura Pier and Fairgrounds are all within 5 miles. Downtown Ventura and the Collection Shopping areas are only 8 miles away.

Our guest suite is on the ground floor of an upgraded,renovated, 2 story home built in 1968. Amenities include: keyless entrance,10'x11' bedroom with queen size bed, private bathroom, private living room with sectional sofa, YouTubeTV, Wi-Fi,shared kitchen, Central Heating and Air Conditioning (Host control: 69-72 F), and a work desk.

Relax in this cozy one-bedroom coastal retreat with ocean breezes, a Smart TV, a dedicated workspace, and a secluded private outdoor space. Polished beeswax-finished concrete earthing floors connect you to the ground for a calm, restorative stay. Cleaned following CDC guidelines with added UVC sanitizing and a Dyson air purifier. Set on a quiet street near the harbor, beaches, surfing, sunsets, whale watching, and local yoga. One parking space included.

Hillside Getaway w/ pool

Extra Large studio apartment in a hillside home. NO TELEVISION SET Full private kitchen, bathroom with shower, dining area and pool (unheated.) there’s a unit directly above so there is some crossover noise and creeking as it’s a very old house (1930s) though there is ample privacy between the units and separate, private entrances. Full use of the pool. I do my best to let guests have the pool to themselves. BED IS ON SOFT SIDE
