All the Comforts of Home has been completely remodeled. OUR HOME IS LOCATED WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF OXNARD COLLEGE (the annual California Strawberry Festival is held at the College), 10 MINUTES FROM THE PORT HUENEME NAVAL BASE AND PORT HUENEME BEACH PARK. SILVER STRAND BEACH AND CHANNEL ISLANDS ARE WITHIN 20 MINUTES OR YOU CAN HEAD DOWN THE COAST VIA THE PACIFIC COAST HWY TO MAILBU. UNIVERSAL STUDIOS IS AN HOUR AWAY. THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS QUIET AND THE NEIGHBORS ARE FRIENDLY.
