This is the "Sister Ship to "Ventura Boatel". It is a boat so more like a large Floating RV than a hotel! There is plenty of room to sleep and relax. The boat doesn't ever leave the dock. You will get to experience living on a boat, but since it is always attached to the dock you will never have to worry about sea sickness! It is less than 100 feet to all the action at Ventura Harbor Village with restaurants, live music, shops, wine tasting, famous ice cream shop, a gorgeous beach, and more!

The house offers a full kitchen, fast internet, a fire ring in the yard, 2 bikes, and beach gear. Perfect spot for a quick getaway or making memories with family. Longer rentals also welcome. A short drive to Ojai, Oxnard, Carpinteria, Summerland, Montecito, and Santa Barbara. Rent one, two, or all three Birdbath Bungalows depending on the size of your party. Each property features secure gates that can be locked for privacy or opened to share the space.

With the warm sunlight and the cool ocean breeze pouring in all at once, our family finds it a wonderful place to relax.

The Cottage is a cozy, welcoming casita in the garden of our home. You have a separate gated entrance, full kitchen and bath, bedroom with double bed and a sitting room with queen sleep sofa. There is plenty of outside relaxing space to enjoy the flora while you are a short hop to historic downtown or the beach. City of Ventura STVR (#2340) 10% tax is included in our daily rate.
