Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

Distante circa 9 km da Prato e 20 da Firenze. Il Cottage, liberi su tre lati, e' situato in posizione panoramica circondato da un parco privato, ideale per camminate e sport. Una vera e propria casa, con cucina, salotto, camera e bagno. Ampi spazi esterni, giardino e orto botanico.

We are 40 minutes from Bologna airport. Our nearest town is Vignola, rich in history and famous for its cherries. You can explore the region of Emilia Romagna, and return each evening and watch the sun go down with a chilled glass of wine. (2 nights stay in Winter when requested)

It's a peaceful place, with panoramic views and the convenience of having excellent local restaurants (& wine makers) nearby. A soli 500 metri dal centro del paese in zona poco trafficata (le uniche auto di passaggio sono quelle dei residenti), offre la possibilità di soggiornare in zona tranquilla, immersa nel verde ma a due passi da tutti i servizi. Scuole, negozi, medico di guardia, farmacia ecc. sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi.

The Suite is inside a historic mill and is composed by three privated spaces: the main room with the kitchen, the bedroom and the bathroom. The place is very quiet, easy to reach and provided with a large private space where park the car.
