Het huis ligt in de Apuaanse Alpen, een ideale plek voor wandeltochten; de perfecte combinatie van natuur en cultuur. Vorrei specificare che una delle camere da letto è una stanza di passaggio con un divano che può diventare letto alla francese, da questa camera si accede ad una camera da letto matrimoniale.

La villa è immersa in oliveti e vigneti e dispone di una piscina (12x6) con acqua salata, un luogo tranquillo dove trascorrere una vacanza in tranquillità.
