Very large home in Palermo close to restaurants and shops. My family and I enjoyed staying in this very comfortable house and our host Nati was very accommodating. Highly recommend!

This was a great group AirBnB! The location was great and Natalia was super responsive with any issues / inquiries we had. The kitchen is on the third floor but we didn’t really use it - so many great restaurants around! A ton of bathrooms - first floor has three of the bedrooms with each a bathroom - second floor has two rooms and one bathroom. Great stay!!!

Silvia’s place is a gem. The house is beautiful. Much better than the pictures. Everything worked very well. We felt very comfortable and at home. Silvia is a great host. She was very flexible with check in and out times. She greeted us with a very special plate of premium cold cuts, beer, cider and panettone! She replied very fast and smoothly to any questions. Definitely recommended. We hope to be back soon!

Ana e uma pessoa muito prestativa, a casa é maravilhosa com uma excelente área de lazer, o bairro é maravilhoso e super silencioso, existe serviço de limpeza com uma funcionária muito gentil e prestativa, existe serviço de manutencao na piscina, tudo incluído nos valores, vale muito a pena, recomendo e voltaremos!

El departamento es perfecto para una persona y Clara es realmente muy amable, pude dejar mi equipaje hasta que salía mi vuelo de regreso y fue muy flexible y comprensiva con los horarios. Definitivamente lo recomiendo y volvería!

Me encanto la casa! grande y con mucho silencio , perfecto para tarbajar y descansar. La zona de Villa Urquiza me pareció increible, para poder hacer deporte y pasear fue lo máximo. La atención de los anfitriones fue expectacular , siempre serviciales y con la mejor disposicion para que la estadia fuera de 5 estrellas !! totalmente recomendado !!

Lugar bien ubicado, metro, supermercado y restaurantes cerca. El Depto muy cómodo y sector muy tranquilo. Sofia siempre atenta a necesidades y contestar rápido. Muchas gracias!!!

El apartamento está ubicado en una de las mejores y más seguras zonas de Buenos Aires, con todas las facilidades alrededor, espacioso, limpio y con mucha luminación, su anfitrión Federico fue muy atento en todo momento, sin duda volvería.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia nel periodo pasquale, mi sono trovata benissimo. Mariana ci ha accolto e accompagnato durante il soggiorno, sempre disponibile e molto gentile. L'appartamento ristrutturato è apparso da subito accogliente e dotato di accessori nuovi. Tutto è stato come da descrizione. Grazie Mariana per la tua gentile ospitalità.

The apt is centrally located. Easy to get to Palermo, San Telmo, Puerto Madeira. The bedrooms are very quiet. The apt has great air conditioning. There’s a washer/dryer (ask for instructions) which was a great addition. The kitchen is large and has all you need. I highly recommend this space.

apto muy iluminado y soleado ya que es un piso alto. Muy buena ventilación con ventanas en todas las habitaciones. Excelente locomoción y muy linda zona con variados servicio. Apto muy práctico y confortable. Edificio tranquilo y con privacidad . Super recomendable

Un departamento con excelente ubicación. En la zona hay muchos restaurantes, varias paradas de colectivos, e incluso a 10 cuadras aproximadamente esta la estación del subte. La zona es super segura, con policía constantemente. Daniel fue muy amable en el trato, y siempre estuvo atento a mis requerimientos.

Muy agradable estadía, apartamento acogedor con todo lo necesario para pasar una estadía cómoda, nos sentimos muy a gusto con el lugar, muy recomendable.

Abbiamo suddiviso il soggiorno in 2 fasi di 4 notti intercalate da viaggio di una settimana in Patagonia. Marina ci ha aiutato trovando subito una sistemazione per i bagagli lasciati in parte in loco, il che è stato assolutamente comodo. All' arrivo abbiamo trovato acqua, biscotti, brioches per la colazione, latte, succo di frutta, pan carrè , dulce de lèche come benvenuto. Appartamento anche silenzioso e con vicini collaboranti. Fantastica esperienza!

Maggie was a delight, and the place was very comfortable. I felt right at home as soon as I arrived. Maggie and her daughter offered me coffee and mate in the morning and we had nice conversations. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. They gave me suggestions of places to go around the area and were very kind and interesting to talk to. Definitely would recommend this place, thanks so much Maggie and Frida! :)

Hermosa casa!! Cómoda en todo sentido. Las camas, el amplio baño y preciosa pileta!! El desayuno espectacular!! Lo más preciado para nosotros fue la impecable atención de Clara. Qué lindo es cuando los anfitriones (además de ofrecer un bello hospedaje) son tan simpáticos y agradables!! La experiencia se vuelve completa y única!! Clara es una excelente anfitriona. Siempre atenta a los detalles. El desayuno riquísimo y súper completo. Íbamos con 3 niños y se aseguró que no faltara en el desayuno lo que a ellos les gustaba. La casa ESPECTACULAR y el jardín divino y disfrutable. El espacio para desayunar es precioso. La galería de arte en el subsuelo es un diferencial. Clara nos hizo una recorrida y nos contó sobre las obras y sus artistas. Fue nuestra primera experiencia en un B&B y sin duda lo repetiríamos! Súper agradecidos a Clara por su amabilidad y dedicación!

Mónica es muy amable y atenta. Desde el inicio me escribió para coordinar mi llegada y estuvo bastante pendiente. La comunicación es bastante buena, fluida y rápida. Durante mi estadía, Monica me brindó recomendaciones de lugares, centros culturales, parques y obras teatrales. Mónica es muy conversadora y hospitalaria. En mi estancia me convidó un desayuno agradable.

Truly a great industrial loft vibe going on here. The enclosed sunroom/patio was really cool and diffused light into the unit. The bed was low to the floor (on it) but very comfortable The shower was above average for BA! The extra half bath was nice for me when my GF needed to do her am or pm thing :-)). The service and experience was really nice….. The coffee shop 40 meters away was a God-send for coffee and breakfast! He gave us Brkfst coupons as well 💥 We walked to soo many crazy good Resturant’s and bars!! 🥂 I need a week to recover from all the fun late nights locally. Thank you!

The house of Maggie and Frida is very inviting for us guests to relax and socialize with other guests. They also have plenty experience hosting people during the Lollapalooza events so the recommendations are really welcomed. Finally, Maggie and Frida are really attentive and gentle with the guests, I felt really at home there and the environment was really cool and friendly. This is definitely a good place to be while attending to the festival!
