I have backup water cistern and solar energy (not for AC). Located in the community of Esperanza, two blocks from the Malecon. Beaches, snorkeling, restaurants, BioBay tours, groceries, & bakery are close by. Our beaches and BioBay are spectacular. Casa de Kathy has been rated EXCELLENT on TripAdvisor since 2003.

Remember you are in the Caribbean where there are mosquitoes, insects, and other wildlife.
