Die Räume sind mit hohen Holzdecken und wunderschönen Vintage- und Designer-Möbeln eingerichtet. Das Apartment wurde komplett von Mai 2019-August 2020 renoviert und besticht durch eine einzigartige Einrichtung und viel Liebe zum Detail. Es ist am höchsten Punkt von Vila do Bispo gelegen, ruhig und sonnig.

Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und bietet Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Herd, Backofen und Spülmaschine und eine elektrische Bialetti Espressokanne, so wie eine normale Kaffeemaschine und Toaster. Unterhalb des Hauses liegt ein idyllischer Seerosenteich.
