June's Loft

June's Loft is a 900+ sq ft spacious, clean, bright apartment with a king-bed, a full sofa sleeper, a full size inflatable; a full size couch, a desk, 55"TV, kitchen & bath amenities, washer & dryer. Guests have a private outdoor patio (shared-use of a fire pit and gas grill). Our home and attached Loft apartment are located in a quiet neighborhood near downtown Pullman. Guests may walk, bus, or drive to the WSU campus. Your hosts will be accessible to make your stay pleasant and comfortable.

Board & Batten Cottage

Cottage is conveniently located near U of Idaho & New Saint Andrews College, just a short walk to downtown. Private parking off alley w/ adjacent sec cameras. Cottage is filled with light with large windows. Includes an outdoor seating area with gas fire pit. Separate bedroom with additional sleeping space in living room. Plenty of restaurants in town but the Cottage has a full kitchen. Perfect for those looking for a quiet place to stay near the center of things. No smoking or pets.

Sprouse House

Located in semi rural area near University of Idaho in Moscow, Idaho. 7 miles from Washington State University. Great views of the Palouse; easy access to town and schools. Comfortable 900 sq ft apartment with separate entrance from main house. Are you coming into town for business at the U of I, WSU or SEL? This would be a great place to spend several days to a week. Our apartment offers guests a convenient residential location in a quiet neighborhood. The center of downtown Moscow is just a 1-mile downhill walk away. This basement apartment is below the bedrooms of the main house, but access is at ground level with no large steps on the property. Adequate street parking available.

Mortimore Ridge Guesthouse

Atop a two car garage detached from our primary residence, our beautiful mountain guest house is the perfect place to unwind and relax. Located on 10 wooded acres just 4 miles north of Moscow, Idaho, we have breathtaking views of the Moscow Mountain area facing East. Our mountain modern interior is complete with a full service kitchen, generous living room with gas fireplace, and two bedrooms sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom.

The Upper Room

Comfortable studio just steps from the University of Idaho campus on the south side of Moscow. Ideal for visiting parents, sports fans, conference guests, or college scouts. The Upper Room is a private studio with its own entrance on the same property as our Palouse View Villa. It includes a mostly full kitchen (no dishwasher), a queen bed, and a queen sofa bed, comfortably sleeping up to four guests.

There is an additional 3rd BR available on main floor with a private bathroom, great for those having difficulty navigating stairs. Children love the secluded playroom and adults love the solitude. Our woods offer walking trails and glimpses of wildlife.

Restored 1909 Train Carriage on 145 Acres

Stay in a restored 1909 train car, with a sauna and hot tub. Set amid forest and wheat fields with beautiful views. Spectacular night skies and lots of solitude round out the experience. This car ran on the Washington Idaho & Montana Railway from 1909 until around 1955. It was, (and is), car number 306, bought new from the American Car and Foundry Co.
