Our stay here was a 10/10. Beautiful settting and a good home base if visiting Zion and minutes away from town. Always a quick response to any questions we had during our time here. My kids especially enjoyed the pool. Would definitely stay here again if we were to visit the area in the future.

We stayed here with colleagues while visiting an exhibition in Las Vegas. The property was exactly as described – spacious, very clean, and the kitchen was impressively well-equipped. Lilly was always responsive and friendly, which made everything smooth and easy. Our stay felt like a little vacation combined with some great team building. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay. Host was quick and friendly with messages. The house was clean, dog friendly, and had plenty of space: 4 bedrooms and a big kitchen with lots of seating at the table and island. The house looked exactly like the pictures in the profile. Kitchen had everything we needed. It’s about 20 minutes from the Vegas Strip, 15 minutes to Fremont Street, and a short drive (~5 minutes) to stores and restaurants. The backyard’s large with a hot tub and fire pit. EV charger in the garage. Would definitely book again.

Fantastic place to stay. Conveniently close to the strip yet far enough to get away from the hustle and bustle. Comfortable home with awesome amenities for kiddos (toy room, crib, high chair, huge backyard with lots of outdoor toys). Not much going on in town but C-stop pizza was amazing and the home is close to Bryce Canyon (~30 min). Would stay again!

Fantastic. I highly recommend it. Great place and location to all the national parks or summer festivals (or for those, like ourselves, on road trips and needing a place to crash before moving on)

Ruby's home was the perfect location for going to Zion and Bryce. The home is exactly as discribed with even more. The cupbords have everything you need to cook meals along with spices and some condiments in the fridge. The grill, hot tub, and outside sitting space was perfect for evenings relaxing. Her home was very clean. Ruby answeres questins quickly and is very responsive. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this to anyone.

This is a great location if you want to visit multiple locations in the area. The stars at night are fantastic too! Paula and Rob were great hosts. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. It was great to have a place where our pup was welcome. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! Thank you!

This well appointed and decorated studio was very comfortable. Kitchen has EVERYTHING you could possibly need to cook/bake. Bed is super comfortable. Henrie was easy to work with and instructions were clear. Highly recommend to stay here if you’re in S UT.

Great place. Comfy bed and very clean. Only slight concern is that you can hear all activity upstairs. Would rebook though!

I typically have a hard time sleeping in new places, but this place was just so home and wonderful. the mattress pad on the master bed was perfect for added comfort. The pools, yes plural, were so much fun, we actually just spent a full day at the condo.

We had a great stay at Mark’s place. The jacuzzi overlooking the mountains was everything!! Mark was very proactive in his communication, anticipating every need. Will definitely book a stay at this location again.

Zion Villa True North lives up to its stellar reviews. What a gorgeous setting in the majesty of Zion but away from the crowds. During our trip, we (3 10-yr-olds, 2 7-yr-olds) hiked to nearby caves, rappelled at Lambs Knoll, just a mile away, went horseback riding down the road, biked through the main park and drove to the reservoir. Hank was a gracious host full of local advice and practical tips The house was warm and inviting. We cooked each night (no restaurants nearby) and the kids enjoyed the musical instruments, games, basketball and tetherball. I wouldn't recommend it for much younger or rowdy kids with all the musical instruments and crystals on offer. But the family loved it and I'd highly recommend for others considering.

This is a really clean house! We enjoyed our visit to Henderson. Aaron and Chai's home is large. Our kids played with the pool table all week. The pool was lovely and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax. We also really liked that we could walk to a park and take a stroll, or play football pass. The home is near many restaurants and has easy access to the highway. We explored the hoover dam, Lake Mead, Red Rock Canyon (amazing!), and the typical las vegas sites.

Hodi was the perfect host! She was very responsive and accommodating to our group. The house had everything you could possibly need. The location is off the strip, but it is a quick 15 minute drive there or Fremont St. I would stay here again any time I am back in Vegas!

My husband and I came to stay at Shelby's place for a quick weekend getaway and it was fantastic! The home was spacious and clean and had all the amenities we needed. The two pools and the hot tub were such a great bonus! The bed was SO comfortable as well. We had such a great time at her place and will definitely be booking again in the future.

Communication was seamless! Joseph was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. Beautiful home. Would stay again next time we’re in Vegas.

Perfect getaway and exactly as described. The condo was clean and spacious, having a full kitchen was amazing. The bathroom was large and clean. The patio backed right up to the pool/hot tub. Ample parking, although it tended to be a little bit of a walk. We would highly recommend this villa and would definitely stay again!
