I’ve stayed here a few times while in town for work, and every time it has been better than the last. Manuel obviously reinvests time and money into this property, and it shows. By far the best place for the price that I’ve found in Tulare.

My second time staying here, and both were fantastic. Responsive host. Great, safe location. Perfect for 1 or 2 people and, with the washer and dryer, great for a long-term stay.

Victor was an exceptional host, reaching out before check-in to ensure everything went smoothly, even with my last-minute booking. He was incredibly helpful and informed me about the charming café in the building—a gem for coffee and delicious breakfast options. The space itself was small but beautifully furnished, thoughtfully stocked with essentials, and the bathroom was a standout with its modern design and luxurious rain shower. While the building was a touch noisy at times, it didn’t detract from the overall peaceful and enjoyable experience. Victor’s attentiveness, especially in promptly providing fresh towels when I extended my stay, made this a truly delightful visit. Highly recommend!

House was amazing felt just like home! Quiet neighborhood. We really didn’t have any complaints form the other guest only that they where amazed when they walked in. We would love to stay in this home again some day.

This is a cute 3 bedroom space that is clean and new. I felt very comfortable here. Sabrina gave great directions (very helpful, since it's in a newer neighborhood), and was very responsive. Great deal that was perfect for our needs. I would definitely recommend this, and will almost certainly stay here again.

I can't say enough nice things about this house and Mark. The house was in a very convenient location, literally a few minutes from restaurants and grocery stores. Check-in was super easy, and the house looks just like the pictures. Everything was very clean. I've stayed in several AirBNB properties over the years, and Mark was by far the best at communication. He was very easy to get ahold of and always let us know pertinent information like when the pool people were coming. I would absolutely stay again if I'm ever back in Cali!

Was very satisfied with our stay. The neighborhood was peaceful and clean. The house was clean and ready for us upon a arrival, we were very apprecitive of that. Linens and towels were neat and smelled clean! Conveniently located close to everything one could need or want to do. We will definitely book agsin if were in the area. This was a perfect home for a family of four and a dog to spend a long weekend in. Our two young children (3 and 5) had plenty of space to play inside and outside and especially loved the trampoline. Great, well-stocked kitchen made it easy to cook meals and prepare snacks for heading into the national parks. Comfy beds. It’s in a quiet neighborhood that felt like a retreat in and of itself. Would stay here again.

This was my 3rd time staying at Allen’s condo. He is extremely communicative and friendly. Had absolutely zero issues. The kitchen is fully equipped to make my family a meal. The condo is exactly as pictured and very comfortable and homey.

Mattie and Teresa’s place was fabulous. It was a perfect place for my family and kids. The host was very accommodating and we enjoyed the little yet simple touches that were included with the home. For example, really grateful for the toothbrushes provided as we had forgotten ours in one the bags at home. The home also included board games and puzzles which were very convenient for entertaining the kids. Overall, a wonderful place to stay in the area. Thank you for sharing this home.
