Steve and Cherrie are wonderful hosts, friendly, very informative providing all relevant information in a proactive manner. Upon arrival we were welcomed by a friendly caretaker who assisted with the initial introduction. The house is situated in a cosy, private, beautiful spot where your family can enjoy a relaxing stay. There are steps to lead you right to the pristine ocean waters, from which you will never want to leave. If you are brave enough, you want a little thrill and you are a good swimmer, you can try jumping from the small cliff... just some extra fun. The Bee Farm is very near (approximately 5 minutes drive), and I recommend visiting it if you like great icecream and yummy breakfasts! Thanks to Steve and Cherrie for allowing us to use their lovely property.

Toller Aufenthalt, nettes Personal. Unsere Bungalows waren sehr sauber und neu. Jhun wohnt nebenan und ist über den kompletten Aufenthalt erreichbar und auf Wunsch serviert er Getränke und es gibt auch ein Küchenteam um Essen zu bestellen (Frühstück, Mittagessen, Abendessen). Alles zu einem fairen Preis und sehr lecker. Die Unterkunft ist mit dem Auto ca. 10 min von Moalboal entfernt. Die Unterkunft bietet diverse Ausflüge an & organisiert alles. Abends hat man einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang. Wir waren top zufrieden und würden die Unterkunft immer weiterempfehlen.

What a wonderful stay! Peter and Rowena were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready with great tips and local recommendations. The property is a little paradise – stunning sunsets, a lush, well-kept garden, and an amazing chemical-free pool that we loved relaxing in. The bungalow itself is spacious and thoughtfully designed, with a large fridge, a well-equipped kitchen, and everything spotlessly clean. The bed was super comfortable, and the AC kept us cool even on the hottest days – we felt right at home. A special shoutout to the dogs – they’re so friendly and playful, and really added to the warm, welcoming vibe of the place. We’d absolutely love to come back. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay! The unit is beautiful—very clean, well-maintained, and absolutely worth it. We arrived earlier than expected (our check-in time was supposed to be 3 PM), but since the unit was already available, Pekka allowed us to check in early, which we truly appreciated. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, especially the lady who assisted us upon arrival (I forgot her name, but she was very helpful). She took the time to show us around and explain where everything was. Bringing our luggage up was easy too since the building has an elevator. The location is also great—it’s just a short walk to D’Mall. The only minor downside is that e-trikes don’t drop passengers off right in front of Scandi unless it’s a special trip. They usually drop you at the corner, so you’ll need to walk a bit, but it’s manageable. Also, during rainy days, water tends to pool at the corner of the road, which can be inconvenient. Overall, our stay was absolutely worth it!

It was a lovely place. Very dreamy and awe-inspiring. We stayed here for 3 days just to get the experience of living with nature and it did not dissapoint. We were greeted with a great sunset on our arrival that made me stayed long outside in their personal chair and table while drinking my beer. Perks: you can cook, you can do laundry with a beautiful view, they have a motorbike that u can rent, even if its a fan room the room temperature is cold at night. Please be noted that this is a cabana located close to nature so expect that their will be insects crawling here and der., but the insects does not bite, its just tiny beattles that eventually die before sunrise haha, or bring insect repellents. Over all i have a great stay and sleep.

If you think the pictures of this place are edited, they aren’t! What a gorgeous location! Completely private with the river all to yourself! Definitely a bit of a trek in and out but that was clearly stated in the listing ☺️ loved the experience of being out in nature. Lee & Anna were easy to communicate with and very friendly and responsive. Overall great experience.

Hands down the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in with the best host too. John and Reagan are beyond kind and helpful as well as respectful of your space. The place is a dream come true, so comfortable with everything you need and waking up to the incredible water and being able to get in from the house is such an honour. There was 4 of us and we had plenty of space. They organised scooters to be delivered to the property when we checked in which made everything so easy. I probably wouldn’t want to stay here without a scooter as it’s quite isolated. We can’t wait to return!

Wir haben ganz spontan eine Nacht vorher gebucht und die Kommunikation mit Fatima und Mario verlief absolut reibungslos. Die beiden haben extrem schnell geantwortet und waren sehr sympathische Gastgeber. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sehr sauber und ordentlich. Ein echtes Highlight war der Balkon! Der Blick auf das Meer ist wunderschön, ein perfekter Ort zum Verweilen und Entspannen. Wer eine ruhige und charmante Unterkunft direkt am Wasser sucht, wird hier auf jeden Fall glücklich. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Place felt like home. Area was private and the room was nice - also had addtitional rooms we could book if more people came with us. Will definitely come back!
